Terrible experience. My child’s Shoes started falling apart after only 8 days of wearing. I brought them back and been told that they will replace them Only if I bring child back to store, even to get refunded I still need to drag my 4 year old after school to get refunded for Faulty shoes! Waste of my time and money. Gentlemen named Ronald was very loud about their policy, absolutely ridiculous policy. Keep in mind it’s not Clark’s policy, it’s the shop policy. It’s a scam! Should come with warning. I rang customer service next day and they refunded me on the phone without any problems or demands to bring child back to store. Avoid wood green brunch! I went to Clarks ‘cause I needed a new pair of shoes for the day after so last minutes shopping. The shoes I asked for were with few scratches on them but because they were perfectly fitting on my feet I want it to buy them and I have ask for a discount. The Manager Ronald told me that it is absolutely not possible to discount the shoes only because they arrived at the store the day before. This excuse doesn’t have any sense. As a customer it doesn’t matter to me if the shoes arrived the day before or 3 weeks ago, they main point is that they were brand new and already ruined. The person who help me with the shoes Barthi was very professional and helpful.

Came in here to get my sons feet measured and was told I had to wake him up and take him out of his pram to get his feet measured. This was completely unnecessary as the way they were measured could have been done while he was sleeping, I know this because he's had his feet measured while asleep in the pram before. Waking him from his nap after he'd already had trouble sleeping resulted in him having a meltdown after leaving the shop causing my son to get so upset to the point he vomited quite violently. So I won't be coming back and I won't be spending my money in here

Very quiet, floor sales people are nice. Everything was in order and well displayed and clean but the manager is way to tense on the staff and how the shop floor was being run as if it was a busy day and everything was out of place but it wasn't. Maybe he just needs to chill a bit. We went home with a pair of school shoes both me and my daughter were happy with and I know my daughters feet are in good hands.

This place has really nice shoes for good prices. The service was really helpful. We were looking for some really small shoes, and had someone personally measure our family member's foot to find the perfect size. He explained everything calmly and in a friendly manner, while tending to our requests one after another to find the perfect pair. I don't know his name, unfortunately, but he was great and I can tell the rest of the staff have the same qualities.
