   Absolutely the worst staff where rude did not care and even gave me shoes that where dirty even the box is damaged will never be going there again unless there is some changes happening

   My experience at JD Sports West Croydon was extremely disappointing. The staff displayed shockingly rude behaviour and a complete absence of customer service skills. Several female staff members, in particular, were unreasonably disrespectful and lacked even the most basic sense of professionalism. The manager, although slightly more composed, still failed to uphold any proper customer service standards. The overall atmosphere of the store felt hostile and unwelcoming. It is unacceptable for a brand like JD Sports to tolerate such conduct. This branch is in urgent need of proper customer service and professional ethics training. I strongly advise avoiding this store.

   I had one of the worst customer service experiences at JD Sports West Croydon. The staff inside the store are extremely rude, unprofessional, and have absolutely no understanding of basic customer service or business ethics. Their attitude is careless and disrespectful, especially some of the female staff, who showed no professionalism whatsoever. Even the manager, although slightly less rude, still failed to maintain any standard of customer service. The overall environment of the store feels hostile and unwelcoming. It is shocking that a well-known brand like JD Sports allows such behaviour from its staff. This branch seriously needs proper training on customer service, professional ethics, and how to treat customers with basic respect. I would strongly advise others to avoid this store. My experience was incredibly disappointing and completely unacceptable.

   I walked into the branch to buy a hat, I selected a hat and went to the till to pay. I was informed by the cashier to scan the barcode to get a 10% discount on my item. I downloaded the app, and my phone was scanned to confirm that I had created an account on the specific phone app. The till rang up the item and it was the same price? I asked where my discount was and was now told that it would take 7 days for my discount to show up on the app, then I can get 10% off my first item. I stated that this was a deeply misleading way to trick customers into registering an account at the till for discount that they will never get as it is not for the item that was being purchased. The staff member serving me then questioned if I understood English or if I could read. I have always valued that way the brand delivers value for money on high quality sports wear but I am seriously thinking about not using JD Sports which would be a shame but I cannot support customers and myself being misled. The advert on the counter is clearly misleading.

   The customer services are very low. I have come to the store twice for a shoe size. I had to wait for 20mins and at the end they told me they don't have that number. I'm really impressed they have a lot of employees. Most of them don't really know where they are. I could say I can do a better job even with my basic English.

   One of the worst JD sport shop in croydon .please avoid purchasing from this store because they think that you don’t have the right to return items back to store. My partner bought a pair of shoes but when she brought it home it was not comfortable so she decided to return. When she returned the shoes the staff were extremely RUDE, ARROGANT and disrespectful towards her. They were not refunding Specially the male manager which was rude and arrogant…..

   Just needs more staff alltogether, i got to jd at 10:15am and i waited 25 minutes for my trainers to come from downstairs/back of shop and then another 20 minutes at the till waitong for costumer. I was longer inside jd sports getting my items and paying then the journey to jd sports. Cant imagine what its like at peak time

   Absolutely have no words. The staff omg the staff. Absolutely careless, very rude, and useless… I’m being asking for a particular size a few different times a few different guys who worked there. All the times they said yes and left me waiting for over 35 minutes until I decided to leave. Plus they ware not busy AT ALL!
