   We stayed here for one night while we attended a gig. Expected it to be a bit of a dump to be honest but we were pleasantly surprised. They have a manned reception, we had a deluxe room with a huge, very comfortable bed and tea and coffee facilities. All in all, I'll be booking this place again when we attend gigs at the Co Op Live venue

   Victor was very helpful, thank you. The hotel was clean and tidy and in a good location for Coop Live venue. Parking is very limited and cannot be reserved. Not a lot they can do about that but perhaps research safe alternatives for customers. We booked last minute parking at the venue and then left the car there overnight, and walked back. That worked well and cost £25. Would recommend hard floors when a refurb is due as the carpets didn't look clean although I feel sure they were. Overall this is not expensive and therefore good value for money. The entrance is easy to miss if you are not careful. Improved signage would be helfpul

   Clean, tidy and comfortable room. Friendly staff. Perfect location for the co-op live and parking available nearby. Two issues though, the bathroom door didn't latch closed so would open while someone was using it. The shower was scolding hot, faulty thermostat valve meant it was unusable. A quick wash at the bathroom sink was all we could do. I highlighted this to the staff, they apologised and said it'll get fixed. Won't stop us going back but I'll be checking showers in hotel rooms in future.

   Great hotel and located in a good spot. There was only 1 problem and that was the bathroom door wouldn't close so you had to hold it while using the toilet or the other person would have to put the stool up against the door. Other wise great room

   Booked two seperate rooms on a Friday when attending a concert at co op live. Its about a 25 minute walk from the venue and there is frequent buses across the road into the centre, journey takes about 10 minutes. Rooms were clean and beds comfy. Guy at reception was lovely. The club/restaurant downstairs was closed when we stayed so cannot comment on noise levels.

   Host had pre-warned us about loud music on the Saturday night which gave us a later check out as a result of this. The room was no different to a budget travelodge or IBIS for the price paid compared to others I thought it was worthwhile. Really comfortable bed and pillows allowed for a great night sleep through the loud music. Excellent communication from the host who was very accommodating.

   Room was good but there was loud bassy music until 4am and we were told we had to pay 10 pounds to join in with it, baring in mind we'd already paid for the room. On top of this, it was unbearably hot in the room despite being mild outside

   The rooms are very clean, however on weekends Friday and Saturday nights it gets very noisy until from 2100 to 0300 in the morning. We were told this by the reception who tried to accommodate us as best as possible. The bathroom area could be bigger so that you can use the toilet comfortably.
