   We married at the Deanwater Hotel in 2007. It was the best day. The staff were brilliant and served everyone perfectly. Since then my husband and I have stayed at the hotel twice. The rooms are always clean and tidy. Beautifully decorated and contain everything you need for a pleasant stay. The food both at breakfast and dinner have been excellent. Delicious puddings too. Special mention has to go to Barry who is still there all these years on. He puts the 'smile' into service with a smile. I honestly can't praise the place, staff, service and food any higher.

   Attended birthday party in the Gold Suite and stayed overnight. Food was amazing at the party and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was very good value and again the staff were great. Lovely rooms, if a little dated. Overall a lovely stay.

   Charming place, nice rooms, very comfortable bed and good food. Very nice staff at reception and in the restaurant as well. The only thing that could bother was the shower and breakfast took quite long to serve.

   Recently visited The Deanwater for a Business Meeting. A beautiful venue with plenty of space, lovely food and friendly staff. Plenty of space in the meeting suites, could of just done with access to a few more plugs for the laptops but on the whole would definitely return.

   Went for lunch with friends, one of whom is wheelchair bound. The table they saved us was ideal, with lots of space and privacy and staff were kind and attentive. The food was excellent and we were not rushed, but made welcome through the meal. A very nice experience.

   Everything was brilliant apart from heat in the room, turned off heating and had windows open but it was roasting. And that's it, everything else was perfect, room was spotless, spacious and we'll stocked with tea and coffee facilities. Ample parking, great welcoming staff, and amazing food in restaurant.    I had to book this hotel at the last minute due to a cancellation by the host 12 hours before our arrival. So stressed at the time (massive event in Manchester City centre) but it worked out for the best. This is a brilliant hotel. Superior quality. Half the price of city centre hotels for 10x the luxury and service. Definitely worth the 35 min drive into the city. Only a few pointers. Please put a few biscuits in the room with the tea and coffee. It's a little thing but I would have loved them as a nightcap after getting back at 12:30am when all else is closed. Also, please provide a breakfast menu (nearly all hotels do) rather than asking us to guess other options apart from cereal or trad English. We know you can do it, as you did it for us but we had to ask and that was awkward. We got an excellent fruit salad. Still, a fantastic place to stay. I hope the staff got the service tip I left them at reception the next day when I was rushed and forgot as itcwas all on my room.

   Attended for a family wedding. Check-in was easy. All staff were friendly & attentive. Room was clean, furniture a little dated but not in poor state of repair, plenty of drawer & wardrobe space. Overall a lovely venue for a party. Would definitely recommend.

   Booked a lunchtime meal here recently. Eight people in total. It's a lovely setting with a casual atmosphere. Plenty of parking at the rear. The food was first class with a very good choice. Service was excellent. I've been to wedding receptions here in the past which have also been first class, but this was my first experience of a casual daytime meal. Will definitely go again.
