   As a stop before flying, it is in a great location. The staff are friendly and helpful, but the rooms really need to be renovated: no sockets by the side of the bed, very limited sockets in the room made charging difficult. Hot water is limited, and our room was extremely cold, with thermostats cutting heating off way too early - our trip was in December, so heating lwas necessary.

   The staff are very helpful and go out of their way to help you. Rooms are always fresh nice and clean Loads of takeaways to eat. I dont eat their food its all over overpriced for us to budget Breakfast is ok but its just breakfast I have a greegs.

   Reception service was excellent, and so welcoming, The room was clean and tidy. Only one bath towel supplied to our room, Reception resolved the problem straight away.Had a really good sleep in a comfortable bed. Easy parking,

   Worst premier inn I’ve ever been to! Stayed for two nights for work. Rooms extremely dated and dirty; there were hair pins left on the carpet in my room and a ball of hair and thread, also hair in the bathroom. There were no plug sockets near the bed either which was inconvenient. There was no security, you could just walk straight into the hotel along the corridors where the rooms were as there was no keycard to open the doors. Only good thing is the location! Would recommend staying elsewhere.

   From the moment I stepped in, this place just felt welcoming. An actual key for the room gave it a charming, personal touch you don’t often see anymore. Free parking, free WiFi, and a bed so comfortable I nearly missed checkout – all at a price that’s hard to beat. The building may be older, but it’s clearly loved and cared for, and it shows. A special mention to Carla, who I spoke to in the morning – she was outstanding. Passionate about the local area and genuinely invested in guests having a great time, she’s a real asset to the business. If she worked at my company, it would be a better place. Any future visits to Manchester – this will be my go-to hotel.

   Staff were friendly, the room was nice and clean (apart from one leftover dirty pillowcase left on the floor), and very convenient with pub next door. Only complaint would be about the free WiFi - didn’t even manage to load a YouTube video or email in a good amount of time, so I had to pay for the priced WiFi. I’d bare this in mind for anyone going there planning to do any online work there, but if you’re not, it’s a pretty good place to stay.

   Best welcome ever. This is an older premier inn,with actual keys. After a nightmare flight back from Frankfurt we arrived tired and annoyed but the guy at the front desk and the manageress in the back room just made our day. Both kind, friendly and chatty 10 out of 10. Even gave us 2 little bottles of wine. Unbelievable but what a random act of kindness. Yes the hotel is old but it's clean, beds still comfy, room has everything you need and staff on hand. Location is walkable into handforth which has pubs, restaurants and take aways. Location feels very safe. 10 minutes easy drive to the airport. Thanks.

   It is a dated hotel but for a short trip is OK. The front desk people are very pleasant and attentive. The hotel is pretty old, and to rate the location seems a bit off for me, I went for a family visit and didn't saw much to do around, it is a residential area with a Lidl and parks. It is calm at night, there's a pub next door but closes early. They give you a key to your room, not a card. The beds are a standard queen size, comfortable enough. Shower is OK, there's a bathtub. There is some room for your clothes, which is good for a more that 1 night stay. A kettle with tea and coffee is provided and there is a vending machine with non nutritious food.
