A delightful short break away in the heart of the peaks. We arrived to a warm and cosy cottage, perfectly appointed and immaculately clean. We enjoyed trips out to Peak Cavern, hiking up to Mam Tor, a trip to the medieval Haddon Hall. Every day started with a lovely breakfast made by Jan and Neil who looked after us all so well.

What can I say but we have had the best time staying at rushop hall. (Pepper pot). The accommodation was very clean. We had breakfast every day while we stayed. Nothing was too much trouble. This was one of the best holidays we have had. If we could have stayed longer we would. I highly recommend rushop hall.

So glad we found this place! Had a lovely stay while visiting Peak Cavern. The location is idyllic, it is more than a b&b, so far away from the real world. Waking up to the sound of the birds and sheep. We stayed in Boots. The hosts were very welcoming and served the nicest breakfast. Will definitely go again.

Another wonderful stay at the beautiful Rushop Hall this Easter holidays. We'd previously stayed here twice before in the bedrooms above the dining area of which both rooms were relaxing, comfortable and beautifully decorated. This time we'd decided to try the Pepper Pot, and we were blown away with the high standard. Particularly the attention to detail of this little cottage and the sheer comfort it provided us for our two night stay. Jan & Neil are amazing hosts, and provide you with exceptional customer service. Which has the right balance of being very welcoming but allowing you, your personal space-Really love this about them. Nothing is never too much trouble, so please ask them! Breakfast is delicious and beautifully cooked. Loved the additional fresh fruit & yogurt etc. Location is perfect, remote and relaxing with stunning views. Perfect surroundings for a wonderful nights sleep and of course beautiful views to wake up to in the morning. Thank you for making our stay just as delightful as it was 7 years ago. It's really refreshing to see that your high standards of service remain. We'll definitely be back next year. Hazel & Steve Milford

This is a lovely place to stay. The room was clean and well equipped. Location was excellent for walking in the area. Breakfast was delicious and we booked the packed lunches which were lovely. Book tables at the local pubs if you plan to go there for dinner!

All basic and necessary amenities are present. Heating is timed but is well sufficient. Kitchen is adequate. Nice property where easily 8 people can stay comfortably. There is an extensive and varied collection of books presented throughout the property. The ownerβs cat comes to say hello very often.
