Shopping at the Peckham Shoes store was an awful experience. Even as a customer, you can immediately feel how toxic the environment is. Staff members were openly rude, dismissive, and clearly more interested in belittling each other than helping customers. There was a strong sense of bullying and hostility in the air, which made the store incredibly uncomfortable to be in. Instead of feeling welcomed, I felt like I was an inconvenience. Simple questions were met with attitude, eye-rolling, and sarcastic responses. It honestly felt like staff members were taking out their internal issues on customers, which speaks volumes about how badly the place must be run. A store should be friendly, professional, and inviting—this one was the complete opposite. I left without buying anything and won’t be returning. There are plenty of other shoe stores where customers are treated with basic respect, and I’d strongly recommend choosing one of those instead. There is also a staff member who will automatically come over to you if you have a baby and touch the child as she says it’s okay I’m having a baby soon, however as most mums and mums to be know you don’t touch a newborn baby if you do not know the parent as they don’t know how clean you are or what your past with children is like.

I have witnessed a member of management called Shan bullying her members of staff and I will never be returning due to how bad she made this member feel it’s disgraceful

Online returns processed in-store, refund received moments later and excellent reliable service on 26 August. Staff were friendly and polite, which really makes a difference. It's definitely a nice place to buy shoes. In terms of stock, they had a few mens trainers, however they could do with more. For parking, I used the Aldi carpark a few minutes walk away.

Was in the Peckham branch today. I was Served by Emma. She went above and beyond to help me. As I have disabilities. It can be really difficult for me to get footwear. She even helped me put the boots on that I bought. She was very welcoming and friendly. First class service. I hope she will be rewarded for her service. The company should be very proud of her.

Per my very public out burst in your store today, I wanted to make a public apology to the 3 shop assistants. I am truly sorry for my disgusting behaviour you did not deserve for me to treat you all so badly. It was my own fault. I should not have pushed the shoes off the counter and yelled at you. You deserve better from me, I am so sorry.

Bad service, arrogance behaviour of the lady on the checkout. I’m very disappointed and that was my last purchase in this shop. I highly don’t recommend it! I would give her Zero grade for her customer service!

Staff in the shop were very rude and virtually asked a parent with three children to leave the store because they are not childminders . This happened right in front of me it was two staffs both looks like thirtish one white girl with black hair styled in a punk bum and a white blond haired boy. It was sad to see such a I'll behave and unsupportive customer service in present day UK
