   Just excellent. I stayed one night to work locally. My bag was lost on the flight up, the hotel staff were super friendly and helped me with a few bits. Great breakfast also. When things go wrong it comes down to how people help and assist you. I would definately stay again. Many Thanks

   Room was very good, all very clean and presentable. However, if you want a quiet night's sleep this is not the hotel for you. Our fault for booking a hotel near the airport, but the amount of noise, shouting doors, bumping around was ridiculous. People are completely oblivious to the fact that others may actually want to sleep, but they just do as they please. Early start for a flight this place is perfect, but otherwise chose a different hotel.

   Went the there for a conference. Everything was accommodating for the success of the conference. I stayed on a double room which was exceptionally clean. The staff were extremely polite. There should be a special reference to the personnel manning the hotel's bar with all the request as the conference participants were discussing for more than a long time. Thank you to Kate serving at the bar without letting her smile leave us. Will try to stay again when in Manchester. The train station and the airport are really close so going for a visit to the city or taking the plane back home is easy peasy lemon squishy! Thank you!

   A high quality airport hotel. A short walk from the terminal, we arrived early in the morning and had a very warm welcome (hot cookies and bottles of water). Our ground floor room was spacious, clean, dark and quiet - ideal for a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was outstanding and the hotel bar area is modern and well designed. The gym is a little tired and dated, but more than sufficient to make a middle aged man feel more human after a night flight. Thank you!

   We decided to book this hotel very last minute as we changed our plans to travel to the Airport the night before rather than the morning of our flight. The staff were absolutely incredible throughout our entire stay. The level of care and professionalism the night of checking in (after 11pm might I add) was wonderful. They even provided us with a couple of personal touches having been informed we were just married and on our way on our honeymoon! The morning of checking out was no different, special mention to the female member of staff who noted down our arrival to breakfast and made such an effort to chat to me and ensure we had everything we needed. Comfy bed, clean room, extraordinary breakfast and wonderful staff- not sure what else you could ask for really!! I would recommend staying here to anyone.

   Stayed here before our early morning flight to Paris, lovely hotel, very clean and welcoming. Was greeted by a friendly staff member who was very efficient and helpful, received free warm cookies for each of us which was a nice touch and they were delicious! The room was a good size, (stayed in the family room which was big enough for 5 of us), and came with complimentary tea, coffee and bottled water. Ample parking and reasonably priced, would definitely use again.

   Hotel is lovely and walking distant to airport. Staff were so friendly and helpful. We got hot cookies on arrival! The bar staff were accommodating I think the girl was called april, she was really helpful. Gym is a little small but overall it’s a great hotel. The staff at breakfast came over to chat and be friendly, just overall a great stay!

   Stayed here before our flight before Christmas 2022. Great proximity to the train station and terminal building (T1) Room was spacious and set up perfectly for family of 4. Could be soundproofed better, could hear everything going on in the hotel and people coming and going at all hours for early and late flights. Take some earplugs if you want to get some decent sleep.

   Great location, 3 min drive to terminal 1. Comfortable room although was very warm! Breakfast was lovely and fresh. Warm cookie on check in went down very well and a free drink token. Cameron on reception was lovely
