Bought size 5 boots yesterday asked over and over to check they had gave me a 5 sight not great they said yes but got home size and 6half paid 20 quid gonna cost me 15 to get back 9ver to l8verpool to take back my eyesight bad dont buy sabe your money for reputible shop
Avoid. Came home shoes have massive hole in. No receipt given. They are impersonating another business. Dont have much faith that i will be given a refund
I got some boots and purchased the size 3. When I got back to Birmingham I noticed they gave me the wrong size. I rang the shop over 200 times this last week to get this resolved and had 0 response. St. John’s shopping centre passed on my details for them to contact me and nothing. They must panic thinking I’m asking for a refund ect when all I wanted was to purchase the size 3 and they hold them while i come back collect them because i loved the boots so much. I’ve always loved this shop every time I come but I can say I won’t be buying from there again. When I was there I asked if they had an online shop they said yeah ego offical and their bags also state this and the ego website. I contacted ego offical directly who have over 2 million followers to be told they do not have a physical store and they are a fake
Apparently the time for exchange is 7 days. Not stated anywhere!!! Wasn't going to give me a credit note 3rd time given the wrong shoe size to whats in the box!!!
Dont tell u no refund, no sign in shop. Its on bottom of receipt but once uv paid and get ur receipt its a bit late to be informed then. Management very rude and arrogant and patronising. One girl who works there butted in conversation, shouting around the shop and swearing at us in front of my 4 year old little girl, aggressive and very unprofessional. Would not recommend this shop of fake and cheap knock offs with a bad attitude and rude staff.
I feel cheated. Not once was I told I cannot get a refund but also the quality of shoes are terrible. Not stocked properly and terrible service.
