   Been a customer for over 30 years, I have never seen such a racist behaviour in my life. Staff need to be trained properly on equality and Diversity! Was treated like I was never there by “Patricia” just for being Mediterranean (Brown skin) witnessed 4 other Incidents in two days towards coloured people, (Absolutely Shocking)!!! The only Normal staff they have is a lady called Rachel. Will NEVER GO BACK there! Shame!

   Came to get my son’s feet measured on 15th August after another store had told me the wrong size! The guy who measured was super helpful and made sure the new shoes fit great. I swapped the old size with the new ones. This was such a quick process. So happy with this store thank you!

   Really friendly and helpful staff. Had both of my kids fitted for school shoes and there was a really good discount card given out on one purchase which we then used for my oldest sons school shoes. They're really good quality made shoes, and worth the extra money.
