   Cleaners do an awesome job. The staff are not very hospitable though. Everyone will try tapping you up for a cigarette too! They accept homeless refferals from the council and i dont think they do enough to welcome the people who come. I am going to buy the hotel lots of plastic cutlery so I dont have to see a disabled woman eating a hot meal she was given with her hands in the communal area. Most hotels usually provide utensils not this one.

   It was horrible I recommend not staying here as there is bed bugs and fleas here and mold all over the walls and my room smelt like a urinal and peopel have had there doors booted off and had thubgs stolen

   Rooms smelly, broken doors and also beds really uncomfortable people are also very loud and. Would not recommend at all.

   I stayed here for a few weeks back in 2012 and honestly there are rats in the ceiling. I carn't believe it's still open i had no other place to go otherwise there was no chance i would of been there.
