   I wanted to just leave a thank you for Hammad Shaheen (hotel manager) / anyone else others the who send my lost property back to me when I'd left it behind. This hotel isn't glitz and glam, its price represents what you're getting, we stayed on new years day, 5 people in the group paid on average £43pp, in Manchester you just can't find those prices. As long as we had a bed we were happy. On the other hand in our particular room it had a tv, kettle, iron, etc, it was more than well equipped for the price. I would say if you book this hotel you need to be happy with a 'rough around the edges' sort of hotel experience, don't be expecting what you get or hilton or of the big chains - I've stayed in some fancier places but most of the time I'm out the room, All said and done it got the job done for us, and if you're not spending £££ don't expect some 4 star hotel experience. Price represents what you get. On the other hand if the price is similar to more luxurious bookings and you want that, definitely choose other options.

   Location to Old Trafford is great, parking is ok. Difficult to get an answer to get into the hotel to check in. Rooms don't seem to be cleaned much, doors don't lock properly, bed wasn't comfy. Mould in the corner of the room I stayed, stains on the walls. Someone nicked the TV. Not worth the hassle stay somewhere else.

   I got told to leave because I was complaining about other residents making a lot of noise and having music playing at 3:00 o'clock in the morning. The manager was very rude and abusive for no reason. Definitely not worth your time or money to be treated poorly.

   Absolutely disgusting customer service. We booked a room for myself and young daughter 11 months ago. I phoned up the day before to check some details to be told my booking is invalid and they cancelled all booking. When I asked why I wasn't notified i was told it wasn't the hotels responsibility and booking.com need to deal with it. The man on the phone was couldn't care less, was disinterested and hung up on me. Shocking, I would be very cautious about dealing with this place.

   Large spacious very clean room with everything you needed including a mini fridge and microwave! Bathroom was sparking. Large very comfortable bed! Close to old Trafford and the o2 Victoria warehouse. Great stay for the value. Would definitely recommend!

   Stayed here for a week .was attending two concerts . Staff were lovely and very attentive. Room was nice bed was comfortable. All in had a really good stay . Also close to visiting family and friends . Would recommend it

   The one member of staff I saw was very friendly. That's the one positive. However, the reception was never manned. It took several phone calls to be let in. The room - once I found it - locked ok on first sight, however there were tea stains up the wall, sweets still on the floor from previous occupant, no shower curtain while also the window in the bathroom was clear glass so not only could you look directly into the room adjacent bit you could look into the windows of the building opposite whilst having a shower. I would not recommend this place at all.

   The hotel was perfectly situated for our needs - night life and shopping. The hotel was clean, the room was large and had lots of facilities available. However the hotel restaurant is over priced and the evening menu food was horrible. I am no chef but I have cooked better food myself. Also the waiters couldn't understand English so repeatedly got my order wrong to the point I had to return two meals and ask for the bill and leave without a main course. The breakfast was lovely if a little on the small side. Would stat in the hotel again but would never eat in the restaurant.
