“Really nice hotel - well kept - lots of fun football details everywhere. Location is brilliant if you are a Manchester United fan. On Match Day it is quiet expensive but if you come on other days, you are able to find reasonable prices. We will come again!”

“Not my first review, but another stay of over a week at this hotel. Decent location, glad I'm not parking on the grounds though with a £3 daily fee, when it was free till recently. Staff terrific again. Special shout out to Bruce who was brilliant with our reservation, as well as Amar and Hannah, who are fantastic. Finally, we often get in very late and see Nathan, who does the graveyard shift, and is another terrific member of staff. All the best to everyone and see you again soon, I'm sure.”

“It was lovely and for tourists interested in visiting Old Trafford, this is super close. The bus system is great so we could stay here even though our event was at the University of Manchester. The breakfast was beautiful and fun, and we didn't have to break our banks.”

“We only dine here, we don't stay in the hotel as we live locally. The Coach House is our favourite 'go-to' place to eat out. We'll be very sorry to see it close. We've had group family celebrations here, as well as quiet meals out as a couple. Great food, great staff, warm & welcoming atmosphere.”

“We had a lovely welcome, chocolates on the bed, bottles of water and tea & coffee and biscuits along with a kettle in the room, which was spotless and comfortable. Breakfast was superb and nothing was to much trouble. We will definitely be back.”

“We come up from the south for a few days, we took our cocker spaniel puppy Lola who was 6 months old at the time. She’s never been in a day care before and the way she came out was unbelievable she didn’t wanna go home she loved it so much there! We saw photos on Facebook on how the day was going and she looked like she was having such an amazing time. When we took her back for the 2nd day she couldn’t be more excited to go! She rushed through the gate and didn’t look back! I highly Recommend dogs and divas when we come back to Manchester she will definitely be coming back it’s such a shame you’re not in the south! “In my view City Central kind rooms is by far the best accommodation in Manchester. The rooms are spacious, clean and light. The quality of the furniture is great and the mattress of my bed was very comfortable. There is a very cosy lounge and a well equipped kitchen. The location is close to the universities and about a 10 minutes walk to the city centre. Clive is extremely friendly and helpful. I extended my stay and I will certainly always come back here when in Manchester. Highly recommended!”

“Cannot recommend the Dogs & Divas doggy daycare service and cat sitting service enough! Our dog loves playing at doggy daycare with all the other dogs and the staff are extremely friendly. We have also used the cat sitting service which is more preferable for our cat than a cattery and he got so much love and attention from Dawn and the team on his daily visits.”

“We recently called into Tui to arrange a cruise for 5 adults next Spring. We had no idea how to do this but we were met by a lovely adviser Rachel who took us through step by step what crusing was all about. As a result we have now a fantastic cruise to look forward too. “10 min walk to Trafford Centre. 5 min walk to pub next door. Not a scenic part of the world. Views are A-roads or vacant plots. Clean, large rooms. Modern feel. Ensuite with soap/shampoo. Breakfast was part of the deal and this was selection of help yourself hot and cold items. There is a bar in the hotel. The hotel does serve food until 9.30pm and pizzas are 24hrs room service. Car park gets busy - £5 for one night. Arrive early to get a space.”

“We came in yesterday with a vague idea of what we wanted for our honeymoon, but it required multiple bookings, so we hoped Virgin may be able to help and arrange it all for us. We were greeted by a lady called Nicole, and provided with drinks and cake upon arrival. Nicole was incredibly helpful. She's very well travelled and took so much time to piece together our honeymoon ideas. In store she explored many different options for us and created a comprehensive quotation for us to consider which was emailed to us. In the meantime we did some research into other possibilities, emailed Nicole and she was so quick to amend each quote for us. Nicole is an asset to the store and has genuinely crafted our dream honeymoon, which I'm thrilled to say we booked today. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend pop in and see her. “This company was recommended by a gym I managed in South Manchester. I’m a trainer. They use good quality chemical to clean the gym equipment, the last company charged me a lot and the apparatus got spoilt. The manager is a good guy. He listen and doesn’t overcharge.”

“I wanted to just leave a thank you for Hammad Shaheen (hotel manager) / anyone else others the who send my lost property back to me when I'd left it behind. This hotel isn't glitz and glam, its price represents what you're getting, we stayed on new years day, 5 people in the group paid on average £43pp, in Manchester you just can't find those prices. As long as we had a bed we were happy. On the other hand in our particular room it had a tv, kettle, iron, etc, it was more than well equipped for the price. I would say if you book this hotel you need to be happy with a 'rough around the edges' sort of hotel experience, don't be expecting what you get or hilton or of the big chains - I've stayed in some fancier places but most of the time I'm out the room, All said and done it got the job done for us, and if you're not spending £££ don't expect some 4 star hotel experience. Price represents what you get. On the other hand if the price is similar to more luxurious bookings and you want that, definitely choose other options.”

“Lived here for 4 years now. It’s the most amazing place to live. I have the most amazing life here. Rent Is amazingly priced and everything is handled when it needs to be. Andy who is the resident service manager is actually a godsend, I had a couple of issues with my apartment but Andy solved it asap! Will continue living here until I can buy my own home!”

“I’ve been living here for 4 years and haven’t experienced most of the issues mentioned. The building quality has been good in my experience, and I find the location very convenient for everyday life. It’s generally quiet — I’ve never heard the loud plumbing or shower noises mentioned in other comments. My flat is bright and comfortable, and regular cleaning and care really help keep things in good condition.”

“I was very wary that this place was a scam but I can assure you that no hard sale was given and all promises were kept. If you do not like what you see then you just walk away after the presentation and say no thank you. For us at the present time the pitch was not something for us but we are looking forwards to the free week holiday and maybe in the future it will be something we are interested in. We was also given £75 of tesco vouchers to spend. John and Jamie our agents were fab. Thank you both and thank you clc for our week holiday which is already booked for June next year to Costa del sol :)”

“I have rented for many years and always found it difficult to work with letting agents as they always seem to just want to let the property and then disappear. UK Rooms were a real breath of fresh air. Very knowledgeable team and made sure all my requests were considered so I had a nice home to move into. They are also prompt at dealing with my my maintenance requests and sent proper tradespeople rather than basic handymen. I couldn't have asked for more.”
