   My friends and I came to Cottons between Christmas and New Year’s for a spa day and stay, it was a lovely day and all the facilities were fantastic. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant and the spa was peaceful and relaxing. My friends had a lovely stay in the hotel and a lovely breakfast before departing. Thank you to Paul Savage who delt with our booking and helped if we needed anything, we loved our trip! Thank you for a lovely weekend we will be making this a new tradition for our friend group at Christmas time.

   I visited Cotton’s Spa as a little birthday treat and had such a lovely time. The outdoor jacuzzi was a real highlight - so relaxing! The spa was spotless and had a calm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and made the experience even more special. A particular mention to Paul, Kian and Sophie, who were all fantastic. I also had food while I was there - the fish and chips were delicious, and the portions were mahoosive! A perfect way to celebrate - I’d definitely recommend and will be returning.

   We love the team at The Cottons Hotel and Spa! As a regular guest of the hotel for business meetings and conferences I highly recommend this hotel and the team for looking after both you and your teams needs. They are extremely accommodating, polite and professional. One thing they do is look for a way accommodate additional requests which is what makes us return time and time again. The rooms are modern and clean, the food is always delicious both the main restaurant and the conference food. As a busy hotel the car park can be busy but I have never struggle to find a space. Overall I look forward to seeing this hotel continue to flourish and hope they receive more investment to continue raising the hotels premiums standards to match the fantastic service their teams always provides! A special thank you The Conference & Events Team (Liz and co), Johnny in the restaurant team, Issac on reception and finally the wonderful Paul Savage their Guest Services Manager! You’re all fabulous!!!

   We stayed at Cottons Hotel for our trip to Lapland UK, and it was the perfect choice. The rooms were excellent, but what truly stood out was the service; the staff were friendly, polite, and professional, a real credit to the hotel. We loved the thoughtful gifts left in the room for the children, and having access to the pool and spa was the icing on the cake. Between the delicious food and the warm hospitality, our trip was made perfect. We would highly recommend it!

   Absolutely lovely stay! So glad we managed to add an extra night, the package deal we had (1 night, dinner and breakfast) was amazing value. The extra of using the spa whenever was brilliant, we are making this a pre-Christmas tradition every year from now on! We travelled from Brighton and the staff were so flexible and accommodating by letting us change our dinner reservations.

   Stayed at this hotel for two nights. What a lovely place. Have never stayed at a place before where the staff are so friendly and helpful they couldn’t do enough to make your stay be the best experience for yourself. The hotel is modern and very welcoming the room was very comfortable a credit to the chambermaids who do an excellent job. the spar facilities and were excellent. You certainly felt like one of the family there. I would not hesitate to return and would recommend to anyone to stay and try the facilities. If I could give six stars I would. Many thanks to all the staff for making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. From breakfast,lunch,dinner and drinks in the bar was excellent. Food was delicious and tasty

   Stayed for two nights as part of the New Year's Eve Gala Dinner package. Staff were excellent. Signature room we stayed in was very comfortable and modern. Food at breakfast, dinner and the NYE dinner all really excellent indeed. Nice temperature in the swimming pool and even nicer in the outdoor hot tub! Can't really fault this place and so would highly recommend a stay here.

   We had our wedding celebration at Cottons Hotel and Spa in July 2022 after one postponement due to the pandemic. Karen, Alex and the team were really amazing and helpful all the way. The venue was beautiful and we had a very memorable day with our guests who also had such a lovely time celebrating with us. Everything was well handled and we didn't have to worry about anything on the day. They really went above and beyond for us. Thank you! Great venue and great team!

   Lovely one night stay on the Girl's Night In package. Lovely room, great food, good film selection! Got to use the pool/steam/sauna facilities too. Breakfast in the morning was nice, but service was poor, with around 9 tables being seated and served after we had been seated & with no drinks order taken, let alone food. Much of the breakfast was nice, however was not a match to that on the menu; having waited so long it was not something we felt we could raise, given it had already taken around an hour to receive. Overall, really enjoyed it, just wish breakfast had not dusappointed an otherwise great stay.

   We stayed at Cotton's as we had a wedding over the weekend. I'm really happy with the service here and would recommend it to anyone, we arrived as part of a big (and slightly chaotic) family! The front of house staff were very attentive and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. They even brought some warm milk to the room for my baby. The breakfast service was served quickly and was delicious. Good location also. Very very pleased ! 5 stars
