Peter was super helpful when I needed a new pair of running shoes. The gait analysis was very interesting and they even provide examples of other types of gait for you to compare yours too. He brought out several different brands of shoe and let me try them all on. He was incredibly knowledgeable and extremely well mannered. I would definitely go again and recommend them!
Customer service is shocking, not helpful at all. The sales assistant couldn't even suggest innersoles or even what was the best for my situation. Would avoid if you are looking for advice
Very bad customer service, gave me 1 shoe to try on, didn’t give any advice/offer gait analysis. Felt very uncomfortable and awkward as he just wanted to know if I was buying them or not. Definitely not going back, they have lost out on business as I will be going somewhere else to get my trainers now.
Awful customer service from the owner, wouldn’t let me try on a pair of shoes because he thought I was going to buy them elsewhere?? He told me if I want to try a pair on I should go to JD. So that’s exactly what I will do from now on. I’ve been a customer for 17 years but won’t be returning after today.
Great store with very friendly and helpful staff, gait analysis to help chose good trainers, big thumbs up
Really chuffed with this place. Had a limited budget for trainers but was offered loads of choices and, after gait analysis, allowed to try every pair on and use the treadmill to test them out. I was there ages but never felt rushed or talked down to (like some places) despite not spending a fortune. Oh, and the recommended trainers I bought were just the job. Thanks for the excellent service.
