do not buy from this shop!!! they sell labubus and i bought one and it was a fake labubu from a different series and the pack was already open
Honestly with zero regret or sorrow if I could give this company a -5 star review I would. Went in there with a mate who has social anxiety to swap her pink shoes as they didn't fit her. The first time she was told to clean the bottom of the shoes. Which she did we went in there this afternoon she had pink and blonde hair with glasses. After notifying her that she couldn't exchange them due to the fact it was already worn which is fair enough. She then went on to belittle my mate in front of other shoppers owner stood by and completely allowed it shocked is an understatement completely avoid this shop unless you want to be spoke to like you've caused WW3, and embarrassed for a simple mistake.
Horrible service and the owner and this one worker are utterly useless and rude as anything I went to return shoes too big that didn't fit and they tried to convince me I needed a sole inside them and they were the right size and a woman with pink and blown hair was so rude shoving the shoes in my face and yelling at me that if I was sold them shoes would I buy them. There was nothing wrong aside from the fact they had a bit of dirt on them which I washed off. Never shop here they are horrible.
Yvonne bought two pairs of sandals, but only tried on one of the pairs, the others were too big when tried later. Despite having lost the receipt she went to store and exchanged them. Service was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Forget old reviews, they're not applicable any more. Served by a lovely young lady, forgotten her name, but she deserves praise
If I could give a zero rating for this shop I would. Sold my daughter a pair of shoes that were a size too big convincing her that it was the shape of her foot. She tried to return them and they refused despite it being 3 days later with the receipt and the shoes still in the box. Would never shop here again
