   popped in this afternoon with my 2 year old, really helpful and friendly with both of us. we’re very patient with my daughter who just wanted to climb! We brought a pair of trainers which were reasonably priced, not much choice of design/pattern but the ladies did say they were mid season change over.

   Other than the fact that it is just really good fun shopping in this store, the customer service is incredible. My husband bought me a cute handbag from the store and there was an issue with the strap after one use (it must have been a lose thread, but the strap came off). I went back to the store to ask for advice on how to repair it. They offered to send it to their repair shop that evening right after they closed. They couldn't guarantee that it would be repaired that night, but they said that they would try. They must have worked very quickly at closing their store to get to the repair shop in time before it closed because it was repaired that evening...and they picked it up first thing in the morning! I thought I would have to wait ages for the repair but an evening turn around is very impressive. Thank you for all your efforts to make a happy customer even happier!

   Best kids shoe shop EVER! Incredible range of to quality brands hat you don’t get in the standard kids shoe shops and fair prices. Teresa the owner goes out of her way to make sure the comfort, fit and style is perfect your your little one’s feet. During lockdown she’s make a 1.5hour round trip TWICE to my house to bring shoes for my kids to try on via a ‘doorstep fitting’ in a Covid safe way. We couldn’t recommend her more. Amazing service and she’s a lovely lady too!!

   Great little shoe shop in West Malling, went in there for a browse and found the staff friendly and knowledgable. Picked out some lovely shoes for my daughters birthday and will certainly be back again. Good quality shoes in stock and the staff with ensure the perfect fit.

   Nice shop but can't help feeling you get seriously 'sold to'. Like I overheard a shop assistant tell someone on the phone that they don't sell Clarks shoes because they aren't high enough quality (which compared to the shoes they do sell simply isn't true). But if you are someone that knows what you want and are a strong enough character to avoid getting hit by a sales job, it really is a nice little shop that properly measure feet sizes and have a fair range of shoes. Also it is award winning so they must be doing something right! :)
