    Had an extremely poor experience in this store today. I was waiting around 5 mins for a member of staff to come and help me find a pair of shoes. Even though the member of staff seen me waiting they were rather reluctant to help. Whilst waiting we could here the staff using foul language which was very off putting. The manager Ali also had an attitude on him. I liked some trainers but certainly won't be buying from here.

    Great shoe outlet with excellent range of trainers. Love the vans, new balance and converse. Great prices and helpful staff. Quick service on a Saturday afternoon was unexpected but added to the experience. Going back after payday as better selection than Bicester village.

    Not much selection and a lot of the shoes seem to be very poorly made/low quality... With all the other shops around stocking better shoes and trainers I doubt this will be open in 6 months
