Very rude staff and poor customer service. Today I really had bad experience in the store. I have seen past complaints on here but I can clearly see still they donβt care about customers. They donβt like to work and they get annoyed if customers try couple of shoes as they have to put it back and actually have to do some work, which will interrupt there chatting and giggling with other colleagues. I have never seen such a bad attitude by any retail staff. I suggest avoid this store as staff will treat you were rudely. They will never improve thatβs guaranteed!! I believe their head office team is not bothered to improve the customer service at this store.

βββββ (1 star) I had a very frustrating experience with Shoezone. I placed an order in-store, but later it was cancelled because the item was out of stock. When I went back to the store to ask for a refund, the staff gave me a customer service number and told me only the call centre could process the refund. The next day, I called the call centre, and they told me the exact opposite β that only the store staff can process the refund and I need to go back to the store. This back-and-forth wasted my time and caused unnecessary stress. The staff gave me completely misleading information and no one took responsibility to resolve the issue. The staff are totally in their own zone. There is no basic courtesy and customer care. Talking among themselves in their own language while the customers are waiting. One of the Asian sales assistant with pony tail is confrontational with another customer. Either retrain them or change them. This lot will lose you business for sure.

What a disgraceful place! I will never again set foot in this shop again! Today, Saturday 26th November 2022 at 6.42pm, I had selected a couple of school shoes for my young children to buy using the discounted vouchers, but which did not work despite the shop worker scanning and writing the code number. Suddenly without any warning I was accused by a young Indian woman in her early 20s working in the shop of using bad language in front of her. I confirmed that I do not use bad language and that she was falsely accusing me of something which I did not say. I asked her what I had said, but she refused to tell me stating repeatedly that she "heard" what I said. I am openly complaining about her rude behavior and for falsely accusing me as her customer. I did not pay for the shoes but instead left the shop empty handed. What a bad choice of employees who mistreat their customers to the point of lying in front of their customers and colleagues by making up allegations which do not hold weight. Unprofessional and disrespectful employees!

Very bad customer service and answer got from this branch.Last saturday i bought safety shoes and from their shop told me if you not comfortable with this just return shoes and we will refund for this i wear and tried in my garden just for 1 hour and i again went this shop and today they are telling me we can not refund you the shoes is damaged.They give me damaged shoes that time i didn't asked them any question i just bought because i #trust on their #service.but from today i will not buy anything from your shop first thing teach your employees how to talk with customer. Don't give us Wrong trust. One employee say we will refund you Othee say we can't refund come on monday I mean what is this.

I was a regular client for this branch until I found this ugly manager today. My wife bought shoe last week and after wearing it, she realised its bit uncomfortable and wanted to return, but I found that, the people who works there decide weather you will be treated fairly or just say no we can't because they are worn(looked like he was not willing to see me again as a customer) obviously they were not worn or why would I return :) when I asked him about his manager, answer was prepared, I am the manager and guess what he didn't had his ID batch or any form of batch. Very annoying kind of behaviour. He could have handled it better. I am a sales manager myself and I know how important it is to have happy client these days...
