We spent 18 months at Broadside, and whilst we had a great initial experience, sadly towards the end it was just a total nightmare. This dates back to 2024 when Reside were managing the property, and the staff they had showed so much contempt for residents. The utility bills are horrendous here, and you're locked in with no way to find an alternative supplier. As it's a "commercial" property, you have no choice but pay the extortionate rates. Facilities are nice and clean. Apartment was nice too, if a little plain.

We live here for half a year and our experience is extremely positive. Very friendly staff, the areas are clean and safe. The maintenance come the very same day. The Internet is super fast. Weβre a couple working from home so weβre kinda 24/7 indoors and our bills are around 160-180Β£ which I find okay since everything is included and the heating is on all the time in a pretty spacious apartment. A huge plus is an on-site gym and we really like the events that are organized here every now and then. Highly recommended!

I recently completed a one-year stay at Broadside, and I am beyond impressed with the incredible team that made my experience memorable. From the friendly leasing office staff to the efficient maintenance team, every interaction was positive and professional. The entire concierge team, of Monika, Precious, Jon and I'm forgetting the name of the other bloke (sorry), were also part reason why I extended by contract by 6 more months. They were just amazing at their work and exceptionally good with people. The management team of Jenna and Zvi were quite professional and helpful in every manner. The amenities, social events, convenience, and location in the city were top-notch, and the overall atmosphere made Broadside feel like home. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay truly amazing. I highly recommend Broadside to anyone looking for a fantastic place to live!

We had a fantastic time at Broadside as the mobile coffee shop and bar for their fab Christmas Event for residents. Communication with Zvi was perfect throughout, all the staff and residents were fantastic and it made us want to move to the City Centre! Looking forward to further collaborations!

Living here was a nightmare. I've genuinely never lived anywhere so problematic and stressful. You're surrounded by noisy building work from 6AM until the evening, you can't open any of your windows as dirt and dust from the building sites make their way into your home. The air conditioning didn't work and nobody ever came to fix it after multiple requests, so summer was unbearable as you can't open any of the windows. Our balcony door also didn't open either as they built some kind of divider board on the ceiling right in front of the door which resulted in us being locked in? The 'free' included internet literally doesn't work so you end up having to source and pay for your own internet provider. Only one of hobs on the 'induction' cooker/stove actually worked so cooking was incredibly difficult (nobody ever came to fix this either after multiple requests) so I resulted in eating out most evenings. Nicely decorated apartments but the building is quite obviously built in an incredibly rushed and thoughtless way. Nothing works! They refused to give me my full deposit back because of 'damage' and cleanliness to the apartment. In which the 'damage' was caused by their own staff member who came over to attempt to open our locked window which just resulted in them damaging the wall and not actually fixing the window. I hired a professional cleaner to clean once I had moved out, but it still wasn't clean enough. I later found out this was due to 'footprints' in the apartment which were made once we had moved out of the apartment by Broadside staff doing viewings and people viewing the apartment. After a year of living there they tried increasing our rent drastically despite all of these problems and them being fully aware of everything wrong with living here. I thought I had escaped Broadside but recently discovered they have been back in touch TWO YEARS after I have moved out trying to chase a bill in which they can't even show any evidence that I actually owe any money for. It seems as though its completely made up. The breakdown makes no sense whatsoever and they can't explain it even when I ask them to. They also never spelt my name correctly once in any of the emails, so it has been going in my 'spam' folder as it isn't addressed to me. One week had passed as I dont check my spam folder very often (why would you?) and because I hadn't replied instantly, they threatened legal action against me. Everything about my time here and this experience was completely unfair and I feel like I was treated horrendously. (After I signed the contract and they took my money of course.. they're perfectly pleasant during viewings before they have your name on a contract and your money.)

Nice communal areas and apartments but the wifi Ivan be a problem if you work from home as it cuts in and out randomly. Also my main grievance is the company used to manage utilities (Community Utilities) you pay around Β£35 a month for a meter which in some months is more than the utility usage. With the energy hike for 1 person you are looking around Β£120 a month. Currently there is building work either side which has a lot of noise disruption and both developments Tower over Broadside so expect darks apartments once completed.

My experience so far with Broadside has been excellent - I move in next week! Zvi has been amazing, super friendly and gave us lots of info on my viewing and via email throughout the whole process, very quick to respond to any queries! Monika also was kind enough to show my flat mate around on a weekend and she again was super lovely and gave us lots of info. All in all, so far Broadside feels like itβs going to be an amazing place to live and the team have been really helpful. Canβt wait to move in!!

Such a great place and good group of people. I lived in broadside last year and moved out. Now it is time for me to find a new flat, I didn't hesitate to move back. I even don't need to book an offline viewing because I know how good it is. The furniture quality is good. Security is good. Also good location to everywhere.

The experience from start to finish in broadside was amazing I would recommend it to anyone. The flats are gorgeous with lovely furniture throughout and furnishings in the building. The flats were always quiet even on weekends, you could never hear through the walls. Steven was great showing us round and always there for a chat when you bump into him. Jess was also amazing with managing the property and happy to help if needed. The staff throughout the site and concierge Monika was always super friendly and again would help with anything if needed. It was an amazing place to live and will be missed!
