   Me and the Kinderlee team completed an end of tenancy clean for Philip James at this property. Massive property with big rooms, clean and tidy decor and a great views. The concierge was great, clean building with bike shed and located in the middle of the city centre.

   I've lived here for a year and really enjoyed my experience. Very professional and courteous staff, especially Monika, Adam and Natalie. All the staff actively message you to keep you updated on the events occurring in the block and local area, as well as if you have any parcels. They are always very friendly and welcome a nice chat after work. The premises is always kept clean and presentable and the reception area always smells so good! I've had a lovely time here and will be sad to leave. Cannot recommend it enough!

   I have lived at Transmission house since March & love living here. The building team are always really friendly and approachable. Monika is always efficient and happy to help with anything and I always feel safe during the evening with stone & saad on the front desk, thank you for creating such a nice vibe here :)
