   It was the best decision chosing R&D for selling my house. Adam, Nancy and Uppermill team were extremely helpful and very polite yet honest and open with dealing with my sale and cooperated with the estate agent of my consecutive purchase saving me many phonecalls and chasing. They successfully chased my buyers solicitors on prompt completion and both transactions went very well and as smooth as possible for being it a chain. I woukd defonately use them again.
