   I do not normally leave 1 star reviews well it would be a minus if it had the option this time I own a removal company and on the 07/09/24 we started loading a job from South Tower destined for London. The move would include packing so would need to take at least 6 hours. A permit was giving by the concierge for 2 hours. I explained that the work would take longer than that. On the renewal of the permit she explained there was not many pieces of paper ( I think she was new not seen her there before ) so just write over the original time thus a ticket was issued. I spoke to the manager on my next visit here to which he explained this would be resolved. NOT RESOLVED Unfortunately we will not be moving anymore customers or recommending any of the towers to anyone.

   Solid 2*, probably generous Pay £2800pcm for a 2 bedroom 4 lifts but you can guarantee 2-3 will work maximum 2 doors to enter the building but you can guarantee 1 will work Spa - sauna broken at least 50% of the time. Have been living here for 2 years and it really is accurate. Locker rooms have smelled like stale urine for god knows how long also. Gym equipment - 2 tiny cable machines to thousands of residents, sometimes 80+ in gym at one time, 1 is always broken. When a machine breaks it takes around 3-4 weeks AT LEAST to fix it. Concierge - All are super nice actually, except one guy early 30s, who is insatiably rude, passive aggressive and just enjoys being difficult. The other team members however are great. The positives are it's a beautiful building and downstairs lobby, the suites come with your membership to book free of charge which is good. It's also so convenient to get to town etc and there's tons of restaurants and stores. I wish I could rate it higher but it's representative of my experience for sure.
