were made to feel like worthless customers when buying their new television - staff to busy trying to sell optional cover on the item rather then giving great customer service! Perhaps they would have more success in selling the cover if their customer service skills were better! Were basically told i would have no warranty if the item was to break within 12 months which is totally incorrect as per the consumer rights act 2015! Tried to charge me for delivery when there was a sign clearly showing delivery was free for my item!

It's so hard just to purchase items. It's like they don't want your money. So, I've ordered from Argos. There were two items I wanted reserving. One of them would only be available in an hour. So, I assumed they needed to get it delivered from another shop. I thought I'd better reserve them online. I don't want an account, so I tried to sign in as a guest with items for collection. Upon checking out, they wanted my email, address, and a password so they could sign me up. I'm going to the store and paying with cash. There was no way to just reserve my items and no way of knowing if I went into the store my items would be there. If it's this hard just to purchase something from your store, I'd rather not bother. Looking for a place to complain, and it turns out there are articles upon articles about Currys' anti-consumer practices. Argos had the same items for the same price. I've reserved them and got a notification on my phone to show the assistant. No account needed. Great stuff. I can only imagine how many other customers you have lost. I just wanted to buy something, not sign my soul away. I know as soon as I make an account, I'll get phone calls all day and emails clogging up my inbox. Convenient is the opposite of Curry's.

Went in to get my laptop fixed, Glen provided outstanding customer service. He clearly explained everything and provided multiple options to ensure I got what I needed. He acted quickly providing the service as I waited (instead of it taking multiple days). Very impressed with this and will most likely return if I need repairs in the future.

Went in for a toaster and kettle very helpful staff trying to see where they were in stock. Decided to choose another set, very pleased . Thanks to Lily very helpful and one of the supervisors/ managers also helped .

Terrible customer service here from the manager. Very unwelcoming and spoke with a lot of disrespect. Failed to say hello, just immediately said bluntly, "we arent doing it". He was arguing with a customer last night, and told me to come back today, which I did. Waste of time. Buying online instead, it's cheaper and they wouldn't price match like their website says. Avoid

Wanted to return an item less than a week later than I bought it and I had a receipt,, website states if you changed your mind you have 14 days to return but the manager (young male black hair) insisted I couldn't and argued with me for 20 minutes. I walked out and went to the St helens branch and it couldn't have been easier to return item lovely lady ,, clearly the staff in warrington have a bad attitude awful customer service wouldn't recommend

I purchased a Samsung tablet on 4th Oct this year. 34 days after it stopped working. Was sent for repair. Yesterday it developed same fault. I was told that Currys policy is to send it out for repair again! I am not happy with this as it as broken with the same fault twice in under 3 months! Currys refusing to give refund or replacement! Don't go to Currys!!!!

Bought a printer and use Pay and collect service at Junction 9, WA2. After receiving email advise me the item is ready to be collected, I make a trip to the shop. It is not until I arrive at the shop that I am told the system is down. Pay and collect service cannot be processed. I ask the staff how long does it take to fix it. The answer is donβt know. I asks him should I call before I come back again. The staff told me that there is no general telephone no for customer to call in. So disappointed and frustrated. Such a poor service. I will not shop Curryβs again.
