    Ordered an oven on 10th December, was called to inform the original order was not available but they offered an alternative and guaranteed delivery by 12th December. Fast track to Friday, date of delivery, order wasn’t received by the partner courier ArrowXL until 11:38pm so no delivery but was not informed, after constant back and forth emails (no phone lines for customer service) was told they could only speak to ArrowXL on Monday. On Monday, after chasing, was told delivery was arranged for Tuesday. No contact at all Tuesday. After chasing again on Wednesday, was told delivery was taking place that day but Arrow XL tracking said it had been organised for Friday 19th and then not even an hour later changed to Saturday 20th. Customer services absolutely useless and just sending the same generic email referring to T&C’s regarding cancellations but couldn’t identify the clause. Cancelled and specifically stated cancellation fee was rejected yet they have still deducted £99.99 from the refund despite no fault of our own. Went with APPLIANCES DIRECT yesterday (18th December) on next day delivery and surprising at 11am my oven was delivered as promised!!! Would avoid at all costs!

    Our fridge stopped working and needed a quick replacement. They had one in stock that would fit where our old one fitted which was a good price and we took it away in the back of the car. Excellent service.

    I like to support local businesses where possible, but I won’t be using this supplier again. The delivery driver was surly and refused to even plug the freezer in. He dumped it in the garage, removed some of the packaging and left. I recently bought an electric hob from Curry’s and I have to say the delivery guys were really helpful and helped to set it all up for me. So much for shopping local.

    Ordered item that showed in stock on website, appliance shop rang up the next day to say item wasn’t in stock and would be due in up to 10 working days, then would need to be delivered by 3rd party at a later date. Appliance shop did a great job of keeping me informed of progress of the order and ended up getting to me sooner than expected. Top notch 3rd party delivery partners too.

    I ordered a new washer dryer from them. Delivery options were not clear before purchase, which seemed to suggest it would be free as over a certain price. However during the purchase with my postcode etc, I selected the "Next Day 2 Man Delivery" option for £14.99. I ordered Friday evening, so being a reasonable person, I thought: worst case scenario would be to act as though ordered first thing Monday, so delivered Tuesday. I got a call Saturday where they confirmed delivery Tuesday. However, on Tuesday, I stayed at home all day, nobody turned up to deliver. At the end of the day Tuesday, I got an automated email saying delivery would be Wednesday. This was correct. I emailed them to complain about paying for next day delivery, I simply asked for a refund of the delivery fee, £14.99 as I did not receive the delivery I paid for! Given the other delivery option I believe is free, £14.99 is the difference between the two as well. They point blank denied me a refund, which given I have now paid for a service I did not receive I think is against the law. Certainly, it is an awful attitude to customer service, and makes me very concerned if the appliance were to break would they refund everything then even?!

    Brilliant place to shop. Staff very efficient and friendly. We made a stupid mistake and ordered wrong size fridge freezer and they replaced it same day. Would not go anywhere else for electrical appliances. Very satisfied.

    Very professional and helpful, excellent service from start to finish. Rang the shop and with in 24 hours we had our new microwave oven and gas hob, after wren had failed to deliver them for our new kitchen refit. Would definitely recommend this company, they even have happy and helpful delivery drivers.
