   We purchased and sold through Sutherland Reay New Mills branch and they have been excellent to work with throughout the entire process. Every member of staff was friendly and they were also very knowledgeable about the property we were looking to buy which was a great help. For selling our home, they were fast at getting us on the market and produced very high quality images and a virtual tour to help sell the house in less than a month. They also have a great relationship with the local solicitors which made that process seamless as well. Would highly recommend the Sutherland Reay team!

   I purchased my new home through Sutherland Reay in New Mills. The team were always so friendly, helpful, and supportive, and went above and beyond for me when I was struggling to get to their office to pick up my keys due to work commitments - Paul drove out of his way to hand deliver my keys to me!! They also helped me to source an independent surveyor and a bathroom fitter and provided me with their details. I dealt mainly with Tim, Martin, and Paul, but everyone I spoke to was always pleasant and lovely to deal with. They responded quickly to queries, liaised really well between myself and the seller (who is also lovely) and sorted any concerns I had at any point in the process. I would highly recommend the team at Sutherland Reay. They've made the process of buying my house as simple and straightforward as it could possibly be. A huge thank you to them! :)

   My mother passed away last year and I was left to deal with her estate. I chose Sutherland Reay as their reputation in my area was growing fast and I had read some good reviews. Paul came to see me at Mums house and his personality and belief in what his company does inspired me. I felt welcomed and in safe hands. A few weeks later the house was on the market. The same day it was advertised I'd had three potential buyers looking at it, and by two days later the house was sold. No messing about, fantastic service with incredible results. I cannot fault the team, their dedication, their personable style and support. I wouldn't go anywhere else, I'd tell everyone how good they have been. Thank you Sutherland Reay. The best.

   Don't want to waste too much time talking about this letting agency...I have far better things to do than let them misuse my time. Viewed a property and told the agent I was a full time carer for my daughter and that I have been renting the same property for over six years. The house we viewed ticked all the boxes and so forms were duly filled in. This was on a Thursday....I rang them on the following Monday..to be immediately told that I was not a suitable tenant because I was unemployed. Maybe they should get to know their landlords criteria first.

   Amazing estate agents. I have sold 2 houses with them. They were very attentive, kind, helpful and they were particularly sensitive with the second sale which was down to a divorce. Their video tours are amazing as it cuts down the amount of people that need to physically view. They price the market just right and got the asking price for us both times (If I had gone with another agents valuation I would have lost £40k!!!!) I wouldn’t hesitate to use them as they are worth every single penny! A friendly, local and personal service.
