I remember last year i went to this saloon i don’t know what’s wrong with lay who work there or own the shop she burnt my face with face waxing she didn’t knew how to wax that was my special day in family to get ready and she totally messed it up i never recommend this saloon to anyone please save ur skin from this saloon. I was reading reviews and saw many people complaining about burning skin and hairs i think she need to learn first its very bad u ruining someone’s hairs Or skin. She than told me to pay for burnt skin i asked to account number as it wasn’t card machine there it wasn’t working the bank details something wrong thn she blamed me that i don’t want to pay that’s why m doin it i said its nothing like that even tho u did wrong i pay but at the end she agreed not to pay as she was able to see clearly my skin was burnt and she never said sorry instead of being apologised she was being so rude to me. After that i went to next door pharmacy and bought aeloveera gel. 0/10. Dangerous to come don’t take risk.

Burnt my hair, ruined my scalp, and overcharged me. Do NOT recommend, absolutely horrible. Everything I built in the last 7 years for my hair ruined by that one appointment and killed my natural curls. Oiled my hair 5 times and straightened over it 5 times when I specifically told her not to. Stick to your regular hairdresser who actually knows what she is doing. This lady is rubbish and has no idea what the hell she is doing. Disgusting treatment

It was disappointing to be there she said to me last week that to wash, blow dry and cut was £30 for my 9 years old daughter then the following week I came. She use too much heat on her hair, she barely cut my daughters hair and it was not even the same length and when she finished she said it was £65 she never said anything before she started! I transferred her the £30 and she said now your daughters hair is long but why didn’t you you say that in the beginning. When I went home I had to cut it to the same length.She is scamming people I recommend no one to go there

This beautiful woman is just AMAZING and passionate. Any customers would feel comfortable. I went to get my nose pierced several times and the after care/ advices she gave me was out of this world. She gives care for all her customers with a big smile and you can always wait on the sofas and have a chat with her whilst waiting. Please go to her, she’s a BOSS in what she does. I have been going to Jennie's hair Salon for 3 years now if not more. Jennie has great understanding of hair. I feel very relaxed and trust her when she's giving me a restyle. She offers advice of what will or won't suit me. She is quiet spoken, very down to earth, keeps the conversation flowing and always makes you feel a million dollars. I wouldn't trust anyone with my hair. She's genuinely interested in what I've been up too and always ask me about my family.
