She was extremely professional from start to finish and showed great skill and attention to detail.    We visited this spa yesterday as a group of five and had such a lovely experience. From the moment we arrived, the place felt very clean with a calm, peaceful vibe. The ladies working there were incredibly welcoming and helpful, which made us feel comfortable straight away. We all had the Hammam treatment and it was absolutely amazing — so relaxing and refreshing. We genuinely felt so fresh and relaxed afterwards. One of the ladies in our group also had a pedicure, which included a foot massage by Selma, and she said it was lovely. Overall, a really relaxing and enjoyable experience. We would definitely recommend this spa and would happily return ❤️

   I’ve just had a deep tissue massage at Asraar and I must say that is the best massage I have ever got! My beauty therapist name was Manal, she made me feel very comfortable, she was very welcoming and she was passionate about restoring my body. She got rid of all the knots completely, I feel so much more alive. I am honestly so glad I have booked in, it was an incredible massage, I had Quran playing while getting the treatment and alhamdulilah I feel so relaxed and much better. Definitely book yourselves ladies. The staff are all so kind and friendly. This salon is like a home for all ladies, MashaAllah 10/10 treatment, service and experience. I will definitely be booking again soon

   Me and my friend booked the bestie package, the pedicure was nice and relaxing however we were rather rushed towards the end of the treatment. We didn't get to have our complimentary tea and dates because by the time it came we had to move on to the next treatment so that was rather disappointing. My friends treatment finished 15 minutes before mine which was strange. There's also an unpleasant drain smell in the corridor.

   I was booked the golden bridal package as my anniversary gift. I had the MOST amazing and relaxing experience!! Zaheera did a wonderful job with the Moroccan bath, she made me feel relaxed and tailored the treatment to my needs. I had the best experience with body massage and facial done my Umairah. I was so relaxed to the extent that I dozed off during the facial!! Pedi and mani were so good! Hayat did a wonderful job with both. She took her time and was very thorough. Overall atmosphere was very friendly and I would definitely go again! Highly recommended!

   I had my hair coloured and styled today and got exactly what I wanted. Hana, who specialises in Afro/Curly hair, did an amazing job. The staff are super friendly and the service was great! Will definitely be visiting again! :)
