Wanted a tumble dryer to take away on the day.Had looked online found that nearly everyone wanted to deliver at their convenience and charge alot for the privilege. Called in to CAC and was met by husband and wife team who were happy to help from the off.Dont be put off by the immediate approach it's not a showroom it's a warehouse completely full of packaged up white goods . I had a specific requirement of which they'd recently sold out . However they contacted the suppliers for us and was informed no deliveries until after Xmas. He recommended another one told us all about it . We were unsure but went back to our car and researched the product in our own space . We found that everything he told us was all good and so purchased the alternative . He loaded it in the car for us and we left . Would definitely recommend them over the big players as prices competitive and knowledge just as good and more friendly personal service
Had an induction hob and extractor fan installed. Very helpful throughout. Advised on what we needed and ensured it was delivered and installed quickly. The induction hob didn't work (due to an issue with our electricity supply - our mistake). Swapped out for one that works off a normal plug with no hassle / extra cost. Parts cheaper than could be found online. Highly recommend.
Another great experience with CAC. I have bought from them before and have been satisfied each time. This time, I looked on their website and found the cooker I wanted. I was able to search online for reviews of the product. I rang the centre and arranged delivery and installation of my new cooker, which required professional installation as it is a gas appliance. It was delivered promptly and installed the following day. My old cooker plus packaging of the new cooker was also taken away for me. Excellent service! Thank you.
Great to get my new cooker delivered and installed by Chester Appliance Centre. Well worth finding their home a little off the main track - and talk to a human being. Their prices are comparable to the big 2 suppliers and they can get pretty much what you want. Big saving on delivery and installation and recycling and much easier to arrange.
Thank you so much to Mark, Phil and Mike at Chester Appliance Centre. My Fridge/Freezer broke down just before New Year's Eve. There was no hard sell with this company at all. Plenty of good guidance and advice. They gave me some options and the very next day Mike came out (Saturday aswell!) and sorted it. He removed the old appliance, fitted a new one and took the old one and all packaging away. He even wiped round the worktop and made sure he'd not left any mess. Really nice people to deal with and very efficient, which, in this day and age is sometimes hard to find! I can't thank them enough and would highly recommend. Thanks guys.
Great service, ordered Tuesday delivered and fitted Thursday. Even looked at suspect fridge for us and advised what to do to overcome the problem. We've kept their business card and would certainly recommend them. Less corporate and personal service
