What a gem of a place , staff so friendly , helpful and knowledgeable about all there products and after sales was a dream thank again for all your help
My sister in law visited your showroom in Hardwen today 6/ August to purchase a stove and I must say that the service was excellent,we got the new stove and because we were visiting from Durham your staff were able to deliver it on that day so we were able to fit it right away,and even took the old one away,you’re delivery driver (Nigel and your receptionist Jo) couldn’t have done any more absolutely amazing service.thanks again.
Called here today looking for a new hob, after being told a load of Tosh by the so called experts at currys in Chester, the people at discount domestics were all smiles and happy to help with any questions, managed to spot the one we wanted they had it in stock and was all done and dusted within 30 minutes, absolutely fantastic service, will definitely use again next time we need an electrical appliance, thanks again
We bought a tumble dryer .Nearly £300 so was expecting good things. Once this was u packed and set up .we plugged it in and could smell smoke..it then caught fire .quick thinking my son unplugged it and pushed it outside. This was not wht we expected and called the shop to report. The lady in the shop was also surprised this happend .I asked that this item on display be removed for safety reasons. Later that day i was astonished to get a call from the gentleman who sold us this and said they could find nothing wrong and that he'd had run this for a hour. I have a video of this on fire and thought why try and justify a very faulty goods item is working. My concern is some one else could buy a similar item. This proves they put profit over safety. I have uploaded this video and my concerns to the correct people.. Would not entertain this place evere again.
We were in desperate need when our chest freezer packed in, so went here as its local to us. We had a freezer delivered the next day. The price was no different to the 'big companies' and it nice to be able to support local businesses.
Good to go offers if you need urgent replacements also delivery available had a couple of products off them
The full experience from staff to choosing & paying was so easy & different compared to a bigger store we visited.the price was the same but what a difference. These people are here to help & care about the customer & carry the stock they display.i took it home myself.up & running,perfect No having to order & pay for deliver. My wife is very happy with our new washing machine which means so am i. A very big thanks.
Awesome customer service. Went in as our dishwasher broke. As we bought the last one from here they checked their system, found out we were still in warranty and then helped us out with serial numbers, a receipt copy from the original sale and the phone number for a free repair. Could have sold us a new dishwasher but didn't. Complete life saver this close to Christmas. Highly recommended to anyone needing any new kitchen appliances
We went, just to look at the gas cookers. Mike and the rest of the staff were really helpful, honest and well informed. Due to the prices and the lovely staff we decided to purchase one on our first visit. It was delivered, at a time to suit us, by two nice, polite lads. If you're looking for any domestic appliances, make them your first port of call, we can't rate them highly enough.
What a place. It's the second time we've bought an appliance from here in the last few months. The prices are the main reason we used discount domestics but also without realising it they actually have stock as well as display items. How many times have you gone to Currys or the like, seen what you want displayed on the shop floor but been told that it's not in stock and it'll be here within a week or so. Well I don't want to wait, I want it now.
