   I paid £34 for normal nail polish for my nails to look like this less than a week later! I don’t work a manual job either so there’s no excuse. The quality of the polish was poor, the “drying drops” added were useless and my nails felt tacky until the next day and the whole environment was very odd! No music playing, zero conversation… most likely this place is a front for something else. Save your money and avoid.

   I WILL NOT be using this place again. 6 weeks ago I had some waxing carried out, including a ‘tidying-up’ (well, that’s all I asked for) of my upper lip. My skin has still not recovered from this event and, what’s more, I received a really unhelpful response when I visited the salon to explain there had been a problem. The person I spoke to (not the same person who did the waxing…..was she the owner? I don’t know) was clearly unimpressed with my visit to the salon and, indeed, was almost hostile. She eventually forced-out an unconvincing “sorry for that” but mostly remained silent as she just stared at me, stones-faced. The waxing experience, itself, was surprisingly full-on and totally out-of-proportion to the hardly-noticeable ‘down’ on my skin. I left the salon with alot of redness and a rash so I called back after half an hour to ask for advice . I explained that ‘yes’ I had had this done before and ‘no’ I had never had a similar reaction in the past. I was told that it should clear up in a few days. It didn’t and, now, 6 weeks later, I still have one spot above my lip which appears reluctant to go away. I would have liked an empathetic response and perhaps a bit of advice but none was forthcoming. I have used this salon several times before but I will definitely NOT be going there again.

   Massage ok but was asked every 2 minutes if I was ok so even though I said that I'd tell her if I wasn't ok, I was still asked, so felt as if I couldn't really relax.

   Treated myself and a friend to the 30 minute back massage. Such a good price and got a 20% off for next time, I'll definitely come back. Staff were so welcoming and kind, and squeezed my friend in for a haircut too. Thank you so much to all the lovely ladies at re spa

   I have been visiting Re Spa for years and always found the service to be fantastic, the staff to be friendly and the atomosphere very inviting and relaxing. My favourite treatment is a pedicure which is always a nice treat on special occasions for a friend or family member and it means you get to spend some time together too. I recently attended an event for the launch of Elemis in the salon and was really happy with my facial treatment, my personalised skin care advice and i’ve just started using the products at home and absolutely love them! Thank you Re Spa!
