   My experience with Hannon Holmes has always been extremely positive, they managed my rent tenancy for three years up until very recently when I bought the rented property. Throughout the period of renting they were always so helpful and responsive. They managed the sale of my flat recently and my experience with them, again, was excellent. Naomi and Gill were always really proactive in trying to get the sale sorted as quick as possible. I only have positive things to say about Hannon Holmes and would absolutely recommend.

   Me and my partner Kieran would like to thank all the team at Hannon Holmes, for supporting, helping and being so kind and professional throughout our 2 year tenancy. One of the best estate agents we have delt with, always happy to help and listen to any issues or advice needed. Good communication when it came to house inspections, gas check's etc., and always gave us enough notice. Never had any issues with them at all. Would highly recommend!!

   I cannot thank Hannon Homes enough in-particular Naomi who was always keeping us updated , offering helpful advice every step of the way , nothing was too much trouble for her. If excellent customer care is important to you during the sale of your house then I would strongly recommend Hannon Homes. Even though sadly Hannon Homes were not our chosen estate agent of whom we hardly heard anything throughout the process and haven't since which I find quite disappointing . If I had of known of Hannon Homes and their excellent customer care and personal touch we would have definitely chosen them to sell our house. I will be highly recommending them in the future to family and friends and should we ever sell again Hannon Homes will be top of the list.

   We cannot thank the Hannon Holmes team enough for their service. We recently bought a property through Hannon Holmes and their service was second to none. We have absolutely no complaints, they consistently went above and beyond for us, even when our own solicitors failed to provide updates/information, they would make sure we were updated and answered any questions we had quickly. From the first viewing, it was clear that Hannon Holmes were committed to providing a fantastic service to everyone involved. The agent came well prepared and was able to answer any questions we raised. If we ever sell a house in the future, Hannon Holmes will be our first choice for estate agents due to our fantastic experience!

   It truly is a first-class service. Gillian and Naomi have been brilliant—from visiting our home for the initial valuation, to putting it on the market, right through to completion. They were incredibly patient, taking the time to explain every single stage of the process to us. Naomi was especially helpful and understanding when an issue arose with the house we were purchasing. We were so grateful for their support—without them, the house-moving process would have been far more stressful. Highly recommended.

   I purchased my new home through Hannon Holmes so I was not their client. I have honestly never encountered such excellent service from anywhere. The transaction was particularly difficult and stressful and Naomi has quite literally kept me from a breakdown. Her empathy, professionalism and dedication to helping everyone concerned shone through, and this was also the case with Gillian who covered at times over the six months. Both went way beyond delivering excellent service and I am so very grateful for everything you have done including taking two/three calls a day, corresponding outside of business hours, chasing on my behalf, being a shoulder to cry on, being reassuring, plus much more! I cannot recommend highly enough and would like to take this opportunity to publicly say thank you so much for everything. (We finally exchanged today with completion tomorrow and this is mostly due to Naomi’s hard work and support.)
