   Sam & Adam are both so helpful and made the whole process very easy from start to finish. There is no comparison between my experience with Premier Residential and other agency's I've gone through in the past. They're very quick with their responses and they coordinate very efficiently with the internal building management team (who are also lovely).Would highly recommend them and have been doing so to friends/colleagues. It's like night and day when compared to other agencies!

   I'm a new tenant in the apartment under this agency so I think I'm qualified to rate them. First of all, in the early stage of my house search, they arranged for me to see the house very efficiently and gave me the landlord's feedback on my application, and allowed me to move into my new home quickly, which I am very grateful. In the half month since I moved in, my manager Adam has also been very conscientious and has responded to emails very quickly.    Premier residential lettings are fantastic. This was my first experience in renting out my flat and i had initially been advised to just manage it myself. Having been recommended premier Residential Lettings by a friend I am so glad that i have used their services. They are very professional, trustworthy and easy to deal with. Both Sam and Adam are very knowledgeable in what they do and empathetic to both myself, as a landlord and my tenants. Whenever an issue has arisen they are prompt to inform you but always with a solution. I couldn't recommend them enough and really appreciate everything they have done and continue to do for myself and my tenants!

   Have been using Premier Residential for approximately 2 years now. I have never had an easier time of renting a property. Any issues with fixtures and fittings are sorted promptly, new carpets are currently being installed. Very proactive. The flat I live in is well built, well soundproofed and generally very comfortable. I would recommend letting a property from Premier to anyone looking to move into rented accommodation!!
