   Took forever and a day to arrive. We needed to return some units, they collected them but never gave us the refund. Chased for months and no response. Absolute cowboys and thieves. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE

   **DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY**. I can only imagine the company is going under. Amazon reviews were good but I ordered direct to save money. Wish I'd read Google or Trustpilot reviews. Iisting suggested next day delivery, even had an email confirmation with foney tracking number. It never arrived. I left message on voicemail, sent emails and contact forms but no response. Eventually voicemail box was full (suspect of similar complaints). Now trying to get money back for aircon unit via credit card company. Gave up trying to beat the heatwave weeks ago.

   AVOID!!!!! Not deserving of even 1 star. This company is a SCAM!!! I ordered off Amazon - item was marked as dispatched pretty quickly and was given a tracking number. However, unit never showed up constant messages with the seller I just got repeated messages that 1-2days delay - or it’ll be there tomorrow. The delivery company confirmed no item was ever dispatched and then I had painful to and fro with Amazon who eventually refunded me, but it was a lot of effort. I was just lied to over and over again. Wish I’d seen all the other reviews here first.

   My wife was I'll in bed. We are both pensioners. Ordered a portable aircon machine. Should have arrived in two days but it never came. Just got repeated emails saying it would come tomorrow. Said it was shipped but the courier said they never received it. Just lied to again and again. I don't know how they sleep at night.

   Promised next day delivery but obviously it hasn't arrived. Tried to call, email and use their contact board on the website, all have been ignored. Requesting a refund immediately after seeing, by other reviews, that this poor service is common practise. Don't waste your time here.

   They will put you at ease by sending order dispatched email as soon as you order with a tracking number, you will soon find out the number is invalid. Also mobile number on website is inactive, after some research found land line number which belongs to a different business, found another mobile number and they promised a link for tracking which they never sent. When asked via email for link they said order would come by Monday and it never did also never got link. Also multiple addresses for Birfam Ltd Had to eventually ask my bank for a dispute refund Avoid

   VILE COMPANY - AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Basically echoing the same annoyance as all other reviewers. Paid for next day shipping, and this jokers take your money but then don't send the product! It took several calls that were a waste of time before I decided I wanted a refund. Then miraculously it shows up 2 weeks late...no email for dispatch or anything. I wouldn't even waste energy calling them - the useless gatekeepers won't put you through to anyone. They take your details to act as though they are doing something. You'd be lucky if they bothered to pick up in the first place! Do yourself a favour and just order a perspex sheet from another company, then use the vent tube of your AC to draw an outline to cut-out. Job done, and will save you a pretty penny! Wish I had googled reviews before ordering off them.

   If I could leave zero stars I would. Purchased this with next day delivery on Amazon it was never marked as dispatched or arrived so I requested a cancellation and my money back, I then received an email to say it had been shipped. Still not arrived. Showing no proof at all that it had been shipped. The item on Amazon is now marked as unavailable. So £330 later still no refund at all from the seller. Will have to go through the bank. Avoid at all costs do not purchase anything from them at all, they are a professional con company with false advertisements and promises.

   Purchased a universal air con window vent kit, the website states fast delivery within 2-3 working days, and tracked delivery. Have not received any delivery tracking information and ordered on a Monday and the earliest i now can get it will be Monday - waiting 7 days and still no delivery, tried many times to phone without success and no reply to customer support email. Will be contacting Trading Standards early next week if there is no response from the company. I will update this review accordingly.

   bought an UK unit made in China with Russian label on it. The unit arrived, and after unpacking find out a slight damage to it. Be careful while buying , make sure to check the condition and origin of it.
