   An update! Problem not solved so went back and met theist incredible (I know Gill was brilliant as well) Front of House person in Dave! He was, like Gill, so helpful. Onwards and forwards! Well, if only every front of counter person was like Gill! Went in today with a problem with a self closing shelved kitchen cupboard! I felt as a customer, really valued and Gill was VERY helpful in trying to find a solution! Went away with some 'fitting' instructions as a FIRST step! Thank you.

   Firs time visited Howdens in Huyton store. Customer service was so bad. Man by the counter was so rude, wasn’t listening us what we where saying, didn't showed any interest, send us to other room to check colours for unit door and then we came back just walked away then I was trying to say something. I felt so bad. No one ever treated us like that. Never ever again I go to this store. Worst experience I have.

   Great service from Howdens and especially Amy Robinson in the Design team who was great to deal with, patient when we couldn’t make up our mind and gave us some ideas for our kitchen we hadn’t even considered. She also worked really well with our builder which made the whole process simple and painless - or as relatively painless as getting a new kitchen can be! I can only speak from our experience but we would certainly recommend this branch of Howdens to family and friends.

   I gave Howdens a go a number of times in the past for our properties but their prices were to expensive. I revisited the Huyton branch last week and dealt with Jane and her manager Steve. Jane's kitchen design was perfect for the space and nothing was a problem for her. Steve could not of been anymore accommodating when it come down to the numbers and getting a deal done. I would definitely recommend anyone to give this team at Huyton a go especially those who have been in previously and not bought. Many thanks and definitely see you again soon x

   Hi just been to Howden Wilson Rd to sort out my kitchen couldn't of been happier with the help and support from the main man in there he was great really helpful with everything I chose and gave me great advice on things that I wanted but he recommended something different that was better
