   Although the staff were unhelpful me and my mother took a really good liking to Sara who was more than helpful. After trying to find a shoe our size for back to school the staff said there wasn’t whilst Sara found it in an instant and still offered a shoe box after the staff at the till said no. She was more than welcoming and helpful despite being early morning and I would recommend her if ur looking for someone reliable.

   The most disorganised shop. My mum saw the offer, buy one pair at full price and the second pair for £5. She chose the first pair for £13, went to the till and the cashier said she could choose the second pair for £5. She also chose the second pair which was priced at £36 but she should have only paid £5. The cashier, Mumtahina J, reversed the pairs, telling my mum that she actually had to pay £36 full price and £5 for the pair which cost £13. The staff are not trained well enough and they want to rip off customers. I do not recommend this shop to anyone, stay away from it

   Very disorganised store and very rude staff. I spent time choosing items and when I tried to pay staff refused to charge the price on the ticket. He wanted to charge more, even if the price was going lower than the price on the ticket. He just said they would put it down and that unfortunately” they are not able to do everything “. Very upsetting.

   I really did love shopping at Clark's in woolwich until the other day I bring back some shoes which was too close fitting, to my surprise a guy that wear glasses call the manager I don't know why, anyway when she came she said she will of to have a look on the CCTV I was shock because I never steal anything so when she came back she was saying one of the shoes I brought back was different colour on the CCTV but the number on the receipt is the same and everything is just the colour that day I bought 4 bags of shoes on different occasions as my sister and friend send me back because its was closing down sale, so I was saying to the manager it's the same kind of shoes the same size the same number what the big deal she still says its different colour everyone was saying what's the difference why you have to look on the CCTV to change a shoes like am a thief she was really rude, I just went home for all 4 receipt when I get back she still went to look on the CCTV again before giving me a refund I was so mad.

   Some great bargains here! The shelves are continuously being tidied, everything is displayed well allowing you to find your size easily. You can pick up ankle boots for as little as £10! When it came to paying there was only one person on the till, and four members of staff unpacking boxes having a good old chat. One of them should've started serving customers. Great bargains! Poor cashier service.

   Staff are friendly despite this being a very busy store.They have a good range of shoes with good availability in most sizes. The store prices fluctuate up and down which can be frustrating. Shoes which were £ 6 last week can go up to £16 and then back down a week later to £10. So you need to pop in regularly to get the best deals available.
