   Do Not Recommend! Had a horrific experience here. Came in for an emergency appointment feeling extremely vulnerable only to be met with rude staff, the dentist herself was horrible. Even dropped one of her tools on my face and didn’t apologise. At one point I was physically choking and had to close my mouth which she was extremely horrible about. Just to add a cherry on top of there no shits to give, they wrote my name under a COMPLETE different spelling even tho I corrected it in the dentist, multiple times, which therefore affected the financial help I was supposed to receive, so now I’m receiving fine threats in the post because they couldn’t be arsed to spell my name correctly. Therefore adding to the emotional turmoil they already caused. My tooth that they supposedly fixed was jagged, sharp and uncomfortable. She went on to lecture me about paying for a dentist (because I’ve been on a waitlist for 2 years for NHS), even tho I had already made it abundantly clear I was not in the financial position to do so. Couldn’t recommend this place less. Unless you want a guaranteed panic attack.

   Avoid at all costs! Went for an emergency appointment after calling 111. As a highly anxious patient with a big phobia of the dentist, she showed no compassion, was very rude and not once reassured me. Had a tooth that needed to come out but refused to take it out and told me they couldnt do it there and for sedation elsewhere it is a 6 months waiting list!! No other recommendations offered! She deep cleaned the left hand side of my mouth where my problems were which was very rushed and left me heavily bleeding after and didnt offer to help clean me up so I had to deal with it myself! SHOCKING. Never going back there again.

   I went in the toothache, fully aware my tooth would need removing, and they was amazing, put my nerves at ease, and I was in and out the chair in 3 minutes. 10/10 for both Simq and Aluna, you was both brilliant, thank you

   Receptionist were nice however I feel like I’ve wasted £27.40, I got told “you could save the teeth with root canal” but had received a “refill” they kept going on about how expensive root canals are but didn’t understand why they couldn’t just do a root canal as I gone through the nhs, so got my tooth “refilled” I’m guessing and got told “you will have problems in the future with your teeth get a root canal with your private dentist” ok but I had made a nhs appointment for that reason. Would have cost me the same amount £27.40 for a root canal as it says on the nhs website. Oh well what experience that was travelled from Bradford to Huddersfield for this….

   Booked a hygiene appt for Monday, received a call on Saturday asking to change appt time to 10am which was fine, to then get another call to 5 minutes later to actually say the hygienist is now off on Monday, and not back until September. Make your minds up! Had issues with the payment plan, where nobody seemed to know what was going on, or where the money was, overall it has not been a good experience with this practise.

   First time visiting this practice, really pleased with the service of the support staff, the dentist I saw was very friendly and took time to show me my X-rays and explain what they showed. Would recommend to anybody looking for a dentist.

   I had a great experience with dentist Assiya yesterday. Normally, I hate the dentist but she put me at ease and was so lovely towards my 3 year old daughter who was sat waiting for me whilst I was getting checked and having my filling. Thank you Assiya!!

   What a fantastic place this practice is I'm 58 years old and not been to a dentist in 30 years but due to how things are now a days after paying years of national insurance when I needed one I couldn't get one,so I phoned nhs 111 completely useless then I went to A&E again useless,so I phoned around and genix saw me the very next day I was in so much pain and mustafa the dentist knew I was so nervous he treated me with the utmost care and attention and sorted me out WHAT A TOP DENTIST HE IS if I could star him 6 I would have without hesitation very well done from people who actually know what they are doing top top place and highly recommended

   I have experienced wonderful service this week from Genix in Huddersfield. For the first time in my life I experienced excruciating dental pain on Sunday. The lovely receptionist got me an appointment on Monday when I phoned, I was seen that day and treated by a professional, kind and caring dentist. I returned today for my routine check up with the same dentist and again received a warm welcome by reception and again great care from the dentist who is clearly very experienced. Thank you for helping me when I was in so much pain.

   I booked an initial appointment and registered with this disgraceful practice. All I wanted was a clean & polish but was told I needed 3 fillings. I agreed to have the fillings done, I paid the deposit. The dentist called a day before the appointment to say they needed to reschedule - I accepted this despite taking time off work. The next appointment was booked a week later. The same thing occured - a call 1 day before the appointment to say it needed to be rescheduled. I had again taken time off work. I decided to cancel and asked for my deposit back. I paid £85 & they refunded me £50. I am now chasing them for the rest of the deposit. I was supposed to get a call back from the manager - its been 3 weeks, still no callback. You cannot expect me to pay for your lack of service and failure to keep to appointments. There was no terms and conditions regarding a partial refund of my deposit. I have been messed around and I will not recommend this place. Go elsewhere. Worst dentist I've been to. I will be reporting this further. I want my money back in FULL.
