   I have came online to report this b&m as today i have walked in with 4 of my friends, every one of us is 16 and we make sure to be respectful and polite, as we walked in we were busy holding the door open for a family to enter and as we were about to walk further into the store to purchase drinks as it is a hot day we were called over by a member of staff to be told “only one person may enter the store at a time”, we were all confused by this as there were around 20-30 other people inside of the store. We asked the staff why we are having to follow this order as we haven’t even been given a minute to enter, he didn’t give any response to this so all we could do was all together walk out and wait for each of us to walk in and get a drink which was around 20 minutes of a wait. Personally i do not find this very respectful to us as it was classed as prejudice and this member of staff could have been more reasonable and understanding. Hopefully this report can give the store a different view of the young generation and to be better than this.

   Not best quality stuff but you will always find something you need. Staff is nice. Prices are low. Shopping carts are neglected. Plenty car park spaces.

   Nice clean store, friendly staff but not all know what they sell. I had bought an item previously and needed more. With the seasonal moves ,I couldn't find it, so I asked a guy nr the tills who was replenishing shelves. He said they didn't sell it and never have. I wandered round and guess what, I found it ! Took a few to the tills and waved one at him. I appreciate that there are thousands of products in store, but this wasn't an unknown product. All in all, a good shop, plenty of choice, and free parking.

   Finally opened a 2nd till when the queue was literally half way down an aisle. Then the first till had faults, so till 2 server helped, meaning no movement at all. Then another assistant came along to take over till 2, chatting away to the other assistant. Our turn. All items we had were visibly priced. Total, according to no more than primary school level maths, was £19.50. Till said £42.50. "No something is wrong there. It's £19.50". Take 2... "OK, that's £22.50". "No, it's not. The prices are marked on the items". "Well that's what the till says..." So we walked out. Just plain awful, from a service point of view.
