   Popped in to look at plant pots and there was a sale on, so I got a super deal on large plant pots for the garden that I have been after for quite some time. Staff friendly and cheerful, lots of other offers that aren’t always visible online!!

   Called into the Upton store fore a firepit that was in the sale as online said had 2 in stock. could not see them. asked a member of staff to check but could not find them. He took my number and said he would have a good look and ask other members of staff too. He called me later on in the afternoon to say they where not there. disapointed not to get one but lovely customer service, cheers Paul, Top Man.

   Visited here to get a large heavy tree. I have to thank the staff in the garden section and in particular Angela. Firstly she pointed out more choices that I had not seen. Secondly she was very diligent in recognition of my disability pending an operation and helped me get it to the till, wrapped the top in plastic to keep the soil in the pot and roped in another member of staff to make sure it was loaded into my car. I made a long trip to get here and it was well worth it. Also the tree was at a good sale price. Excellent product and premium service. Many thanks.

   Staff member made it clear serving me was an inconvenience also staff member upstairs on furniture said the item I wanted was in stock but she couldnt get it as christmas stock delivered was blocking pallet. Lost a £130 sale. Ridiculous if thats the case you need a new warehouse manager.

   Visited today. Excellent service from Christine at customer services.we have spent weeks trying to find 9 x sets of handles.No one has ever suggested we order pay for them and have delivered to our home. Thank you Christine has saved us so much time .
