    This was quite a few years ago now to be honest so I don’t know if it’s changed. But I’d say about 5 years ago I took my goldfish (Gerald) and my rabbit (Moon) here for the week whilst I was on holiday with my family. I came back to find my rabbit running freely roaming around with the front gates wide open which is directly onto the A6 which is an incredibly busy road with people speeding by. If my rabbit had gone any further which she close to doing, she would have been killed in the road. I didn’t consent to my rabbit free roaming and could have picked up all sorts of illnesses in the process as there were lots of other animals there too. My fish Gerald sadly died in their care as it quite obvious the man had not fed him or forgot he had him. He wasn’t really apologetic and I was truly upset aswell as my mum being there also distraught as the behaviour was totally unacceptable. I’ve been thinking of leaving this review for a very very long time but have been hesitant as I was quite emotional and upset and thought that it wouldn’t bring my fish back anyway so what’s the point. It is sad really because I had been recommended this place but it is just god awful Please please never take your pets here, as you might take two and come home with one.

    As a pet owner it’s great when you find somewhere that will house not only your bunnies but also your bird when you go away. I was excited for their stay away from home and had hoped it would be a positive experience for all my animals. The bunnies came home happy and content however, unfortunately my little bird had a completely different experience. Birds are exotic pets and are prone to getting stressed easily which can lead to injury which is sadly what has happened in our case. My bird sadly sustained trauma/stress related injuries to his foot and beak during his stay. I would definitely suggest to think twice before sending your birds to SooZoo.

    Soozoo has been accommodating our dog Rusti for a few years now. We are so thankful to Vickie & Neil for looking after him as he is epileptic and requires medication 3 times a day. We have peace of mind when he is there as they are canine medically trained. Our other sitter didn’t want the responsibility anymore, understandably.

    I have only recently found out about the rabbit and small animal boarding and what a game changer for peace of mind while you're away. My rabbit comes home happy and content. The staff are lovely and even understand worried owners like me checking in. The facilities are so well set out and very well kept. Highly recommend.

    Always make us feel at ease leaving our rabbit Ella with them when we go on holiday. Cannot fault them! They are incredibly trustworthy and reliable and provide excellent care. They even put up with worried mums like me checking in on her!! We have been using SooZoo for many years, and must say under new management I am very impressed.
