   I came to the store today to browse and ended up purchasing some Dior earrings. Mohsin assisted me whilst I was trying to decide which ones to purchase. He was so friendly and patient I can’t thank him enough for his great customer service skills. Will definitely be back in the future :) thank you!!

   If I could give Wahweda who was the sales assistant on the Privee range 10* I would, I have many bottles of this range it’s the only fragrance I wear . I was with my cousin and she wasn’t aware of the range and sold it to her . Waheeda knew all about the fragrances and about the layering. Even though I didn’t buy a bottle my cousin did . Waheeda had a bags with our initials made and gave a couple of samples . I just thought she had all the warmth and charisma of a wonderful assistant . Had to give her a big hug . Thank you Waheeda

   I was excited to buy my very first Dior bag at this location, but it unfortunately became a massive disappointment. The associate helping me make my purchase never offered me the documents I needed to avoid being double taxed (once in the UK and once in the USA.) No one at Dior is willing to help me with these documents now, which means I’ve lost over $1k in taxes paid. I would have expected a higher level of service at a designer botique. Especially one at an AIRPORT!

   Last Thursday evening around 6pm my daughter and I visited Dior shop in Heathrow T5. We were not welcome with a simple hello by any of the two ladies in attendance! We were looking at a bag and were wondering the true colour as the light reflected on it, so we asked if we could see it if the shelf. One of the ladies said in a very unfriendly manner to move away from the shelf so she could show it to us! We did as we were told but as you can imagine I wasn’t impressed with the bad manners of the worker. She then put the bag down for us to see and then started whispering to her colleague. At this point I was feeling uncomfortable and was leaving the shop until I heard her colleague screaming “BYE” I then turned around and asked to have their names to report them as I have never experienced this level of rudeness anywhere else!!! I wasn’t going to say goodbye in the first place as I wasn’t greeted when we first came in from any of the ladies. My daughter and I were dressed casually as we were travelling and didn’t display any designer’s goods we hold, I felt some kind of racism towards my daughter who is mixed race when she was asked to stay away from the shelf as if the shop attendant thought that my daughter was going to run away with the bag!!! I am very disappointed with Dior T5 for not selecting their staff more carefully!!!

   How could this possibly happen to Dior? A sales associate named Janet gave me this receipt. I didn’t realise it is so blurry until I opened my box. She didn’t even inform me about this. This is meant to be a luxury shop.

   I love this boutique the customer service is excellent, over the past few years before covid happened I’ve been a regular client. My sales associate used to be Szabina she was amazing but she left. The rest of the staff are just as amazing highly recommend calling them directly as they are wonderful and will do anything to help.

   Excellent service. I was greeted by 3 friendly staff even when everyone was immensely busy with other customers. I had tried calling the boutique but the landline for the boutique has an issue and I was told to keep a personal number of theirs. I am really pleased with my new bags and quick response via WhatsApp to reserve the Christmas gifts.

   I pass by this morning ( around 6am Sunday 10th of February 19 ) I’ve been help by a polish lady, she was amazing, she gives me a wonderful experience, her products knowledge was excellent, she was friendly and accessible.
