“If I could give Wahweda who was the sales assistant on the Privee range 10* I would, I have many bottles of this range it’s the only fragrance I wear . I was with my cousin and she wasn’t aware of the range and sold it to her . Waheeda knew all about the fragrances and about the layering. Even though I didn’t buy a bottle my cousin did . “The pharmacy team were fantastic in arranging some urgent medicine from airport side (they didn’t have it in this store which is beyond security). Cool calm and collective the problem of getting the medicine from one side to the other was solved in under 40 mins. Thank you so much ❤️❤️❤️”

“This Boots drugstore is very small, but you can find everything you might need on a whim—toiletries, some medications, healthy snacks, and plenty of chilled drinks. The prices are better than any other store in the airport, so I would recommend buying things there! There are self-checkout counters where you can get assistance if needed. The employees are quick and friendly.”

“Update in 2025: No longer VAT-free. Better off buying in France (but the stock is limited) and detaxing. Sales team were helpful and kind and were happy to explain that the tax situation changed since my previous purchase. Lots of WOCs and classic items. No beige or nude WOCs since those are often hard to find. 2018: VAT-free Chanel store at Heathrow (VAT-free if you’re a non-EU resident)! There’s another store at Terminal 5 too if you’re looking for something hard to find (I believe they will call and ask for you). Staff are helpful and professional. Was able to browse and complete a purchase of a purse within a 10 minute span or less (flight was departing soon). The saleswoman was able to get the purchase done efficiently and get me out the door to my flight.”
