   The store itself is clean and well maintained, but the staff experience was disappointing. One staff member named Sophie could definitely benefit from better training — she didn’t greet us and seemed uninterested in helping. Another staff member began cleaning the floor right where we were standing, asking us to move while we were paying. It came across as unprofessional and left a poor impression overall.

   Istvan is a pro at the furniture department! He answered all the questions I've had for my new dining set and living room sofa combo which I would be able to do without his amazing suggestions and versatility of product knowledge! One VERY HAPPY customer! Christmas is going to be on another level now! Thank you!

   Ladies at the till downstairs are so slow and always talking and then moaning that the queue is so long. Went on a Saturday and had to wait 20 mins to pay as so inefficient. Would be better if they had self check out. So unprofessional compared to other Next stores

   Great selection for the kids, terrible staff that seem to hate serving people and are generally miserable. I've encountered this the 3 times I've been unfortunate enough to have to go there. Learn to code if you hate your job

   Large range of goods, however things like swimming costumes come up very small, you always have to try on before buying (except in the sale of course). Phone charging leads in the waiting area of the changing rooms is a nice touch.

   Unfortunately, not a great experience. The click and collect point service is a joke!!! Prepare to wait long every time and be ignored by staff even at store's quiet times. Additionally, the stock variety is so poor, nothing to choose from and sizing availability is appalling.

   Nice variety of different beauty brands, which I like and I go this this store about once a month as it's quite far from my house. What I appreciate are more expensive products which are on sale/clearance quite often. However there are never any staff around! If I need an advice/consultation/ see if they have on stock a particular shade of a makeup product I'm looking for/etc., they always just send to me someone from a different counter, who doesn't know as much about these products and then I end up empty handed, as I don't get what I'm looking for. Also the PRICE TAGS are missing on so many products, which is driving me crazy! So many times I wanted to buy something and then I didn't, due to the missing prices. I find this store very badly managed which is a shame. It could have been so much better.

   I had the most horrible experience in this shop. I bought some beauty items last weekend and the person serving at the till was clearly being trained. One of her colleagues was trying to help her and she was holding a beauty product in her hand and she scanned it. I didn't think I would be charged for it. It was a The ordinary product. I got back home and realised I was actually charged for the item which was £6. In addition to this, one of the other items which was a Cleansing hand spray from Bath and Body Works was wrongly advertised as being sold for £3.50. It is in fact £7. I am not local to Watford and I had to go back to the shop today to get a refund as it is the principle of being charged for something I never purchased. I waited for over 30 minutes for one of the members of staff to give me a refund. The person who scanned the item didn't bother to come to the till to apologise and explained to her colleague that she doesn't recollect having scanned the item. The Store Manager wears sunglasses in store and was rude to me when giving me the refund. This is an appalling experience and I won't be purchasing from this shop ever again. I was made to stand there for so long with my young daughter!! Who has employed these thieves in this store?!!
