At the start the service was very well as the people were friendly. Whilst get my nails done I asked for a BIAB I asked the person if he could do my treatment as I understood that I had short nails he was happy to continue for £35. It was painful experience as I was hurt and bleeding on 3 nails. After treatment I informed the technician and explained that the price was not fair for the service. I was told “do you expect to get a discount at McDonalds” I was taken back by this comment and explained if the food came back then I would be speaking to management as on 3 occasions I haven’t hurt on my nails. After this the gentleman changed the price from £35 to £32 but I do not believe I should have paid as my nails are in pain and I was not happy with the experience at the end. I would’ve happily paid the full £35 but would anyone pay when they have blood coming out of 3 nails. Images have been attached. Please people keep safe.

Awful. Went in when no-one was in the salon so no excuses for being busy. A lady called Tina cut off my beautiful nails and then tried to put a full set of acrylics on top of my really short nails when I had simply asked for a new colour. Nails hurt because of how short they are. Nails varnish is very thick and hasn't been put on proportionally. Very uneven finish. Talking in Vietnamese across the salon to the othet workers and not listening to what i had asked for. Made me feel very uncomfortable and charged £30 for what you can see below. Hence to say, I won't be going back. It's a shame as it used to be a good salon. They have forgotten about customer service.

What a shame, I used to visit this salon when I lived around the corner and made a special effort to go there today despite there being over 8 other salons on the high street. The gentleman who did my pedicure scolded me with boil water whilst my feet were in the basin. He scrubbed my feet until they bled, I had to ask him to be gentle. Cut my skin when doing the cuticles and were laughing and talking in another language when they were trying to cover up all the mistakes with a top coat because I use tradition polish and put me under cold air to finish despite it being very cold and raining outside. Lazy, rough and rude. Will not return. There are plenty of new up to date salons on the high street which I imagine are more professional than this outfit. What a waste of time and my money today.

Worst nails I have ever had! The guy was rushing the whole process.. He asked if nails were ok before applying colour and I pointed out all the mess he made.. They nails had different shapes and length and the side of my nails were still visible and hurting because of how blandly he prepared them. I pointed what was wrong and he tried to correct it while trying to bully me for simply asking the service that I am paying for. Nails are 30£ and he wanted to finish the job in 10 minutes!!! I pointed out the buildup at the back of the nails too and he started getting aggressive and telling me to pay first or he would cut out my nails… so told him he should do his job correctly, as I have wasted my time and there was nowhere else to get my nails done at that closing time I told him to finish my nail, I payed in advance and left with the ugliest and painful nails. These people only care about money- very dishonest service. The whole experience was shocking!

Had my nails done here for the first time as I usually go somewhere else, I got an appointment straight away which I thought was good, when they started to cut down my own nails she kept on catching my own skin with the clippers not once but 3times I had to inform her she’s clipping my skin, I picked my colour, before applying the nail varnish they didn’t wipe off the dust so I had to wipe them myself, the colour applied was a different colour I had picked I had given up at this point just wanted to get out of there, not only that there was a lady getting her nails done really long and they was talking about her in there own language, I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place! safe to stay I will be attending the one I always go maybe they can fix the nails just applied as they look awful

Always a friendly welcome. Wide variety of options - including a fabulous pedicure! I've been coming here since they opened - wouldn't want to go anywhere else

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE My ‘first’ time at this shop today. Walked in and no one attempted speak to me, just got stared at until l went to speak to one guy who was doing another lady’s nails. He told me to take a seat and l did so and waited for my turn. This guy started doing my nails and then left me for another customer. No apology, no communication he just left me. I sat there and waited for 30 good minutes ! (All l was thinking about was my parking time ...or l should have walked out). Until another lady came to finish off my nails. Again no apology or any form of communication! I asked both of them if it was possible to get rid of my in grown nails, they both nodded but They didn’t remove them. An hour 30 minutes to get common nails done ! Just wanted to try something new near my house. And l agree with some reviews on here , they don’t talk to you at all as a customer .... I will never go there again. Rubbish customer service....
