   The shoes are poor quality, and they don't do refund even when it's with in the refund period, customers don't need excuses you just need to offer better quality shoes or repair/refund when it's falling apart after I wore it 3-4 times after less than a month. Extremely unsatisfied and wouldn't recommend this store to anyone.

   Love this brand but stay far away if your not near a local store. I was told that in store I can order online and if something doesn’t fit just simply call the store and they will send me a box to return at no cost. That was a lie! I order $500 worth of stuff online, nothing fit, so when I went to return it, customer service said it was at my cost. Here’s the kicker…. The shipping price, was $292 US dollars! I emailed support and nobody is getting back to me. Great brand, but horrible and I mean horrible serivce!

   Non refundable! I recently purchased some clothes from Replay, but unfortunately, they did not fit me properly. When I asked for a refund, I was informed that the shop does not accept refunds for items that have not been worn. I was disappointed with this policy as I feel it is unfair to customers who may have purchased items that do not fit well. While the staff were polite, I found the shop's policy to be quite inflexible and customer-unfriendly. I suggest that the shop should consider revising its refund policy to allow customers to return items that do not fit them properly. Overall, I was not satisfied with my experience at Replay, and I would not recommend it to others.

   Nice unique pieces, some hit some miss but most impressed with customer service. Wanted a sweater that intially only seemed to be in XL. Looking for a Medium. Staff dod everything possible to help me find a piece that fit me perfectly. Mr Hamish who works there helped me find the perfect sweater at a great price. Thanks!
