   The customer service was terrible. The staff were very unhelpful and did not allow customers to try on the clothes. They treated customers very poorly. Need to change staff .

   Terrible customer service. The women that work there really were unhelpful and especially when you ask for bigger sizes like a L or XL they make faces at you and they don’t even offer to help. Worst sales people I’ve ever come across they were so annoyed at us for what? I felt so ashamed and it was like they look down at people who are slightly a bit of weight. Will not be purchasing from here again I feel like the two women just made my experience so bad.

   I went there to exchange a dress I buyed for £132 after 4 days but they didn't give me they goes I weard it but I didn't I just tried it at home to see how it is that's it.. I'm so disappointed by staff she was so rude I will not buy anything from Abru anymore even I will tell my family and friends not to go there. I even said let me speak to your manager but they didn't let me.

   Abru Bethnal Green branch : the worst customer service ever the staff was absolutely rude and did not understand the meaning of 'different' and 'same' when requesting to see a garment in different colour. She was not welcoming such lazy customer service attitude and I will never ever shop there again! Such a shame as I'm a returning customer! (Doesn't even deserve 1 star)

   Nice designs and I have to say good customer service - if you have any issues speak to the manager (not sales ladies as they are hit and miss). I was incorrectly told an outfit was one size, when I got it home i saw that it was a size 2. When i brought it the sales lady said i cant change it (which is actually incorrect information - but they all say this in these Indian dress shops). I decided to call the shop and the manager of the branch picked up by chance, told him what happened and I have to say he really went out of his way to resolve this. I was really impressed as these dress shops are not known for this kind of customer service. If you have any issues, i'd say definitely speak to the manager, he will try and resolve issues best he can. For sure i would recommend and shop here in the future

   Good selection of ready made/ semi stitched outfits however customer service needs to be improved. Lady with the angry birds eyebrows needs to learn some manners. Speaks to customers and other staff horribly . Wouldn’t allow me to try on more than one outfit and ordered the other sales assistant helping me that she doesn’t take out any other outfits for me to try and she couldn’t be bothered to repack them even though it wasn’t her serving me. her body language and demeaned towards me was so horribly off putting I want to walk out the store soon as a possible. When I came back to the tills to finalise sizing / colours she ordered me to take alternate sizing / colours or get out the store when she didn’t want to check the stockroom downstairs. Was shopping with my mother who first noted her behaviour towards her for asking about a few sizes but she let it slide as my mum didn’t want to cause a scene. After the way she spoke to my mum raising her voice and aggressive body language my mother felt intimidated and so disrespected by her she did not want to interact with this lady anymore and asked me to take over. This is when I had to intervene as she’s disrespected my mother unprovoked. Other colleagues seem to find her intimidating and rude too but sadly cannot speak up as they need to learn a living and are scared of losing the job. What is worse I know who the manager is as I’ve come to the store before and it’s a lovely approachable man. she isint even the manager of the store so this attitude From her was quite surprising. Put your energy into fixing your angry bird eyebrows instead of showing attitude towards customers babe. Extremely Unprofessional. We were not the only customers feeling uncomfortable because of her
