    Came in to buy a few bits just before Christmas. I understand that the waiting time in the queue can be long as there's plenty of people shopping, but if you've already come to the counter and then forgot something and walked away and was gone for good 10 min and I get to go next to the counter then that person should wait and not push in. Sorry but someone's poor planning should be my problem and I shouldn't have to be told to go away and wait like I did by Diana. Next time don't call someone to the counter to then tell them to go away.

    I got a duvet with wrong size. Store won’t accept that due to original packaging being taken off. This is not great as size issues won’t be clear unless you take stuff out of packaging. Worth rethinking this policy and at-least clarifying your wording. Online policy is ambiguous and leaves a different impression.
