   I would like to provide some feedback about a recent experience I had in booking a holiday with TUI. I contacted the main number and got through the TUI office in the Trafford Centre and spoke to Candice. I was so impressed with her professionalism and patience in managing my enquiry which was not easy - I have some specific health requirements and needed some clarification with the hotel and Candice very much went the extra mile in ensuing I had all the questions answered and providing me with the much needed reassurance. It was a quality service and I was very grateful for her assistance. Thank you for your help

   The absolute best customer service ever!! Thank you so much Nic for helping us resolve the trauma regarding our Xmas booking. You put my mum at ease as this whole relocating of our original booking had completely stressed her out. If it wasn’t for you we wouldn’t be going to Jamaica next week. Thanks again.    We recently called into Tui to arrange a cruise for 5 adults next Spring. We had no idea how to do this but we were met by a lovely adviser Rachel who took us through step by step what crusing was all about. As a result we have now a fantastic cruise to look forward too.    Great atmosphere! Lots of people booking holidays. I came into store to look for my honeymoon and managed to get a great offer for Mexico ! Really friendly staff so helpful. Made me a coffee when I first sat down. Really looking forward to my pirate cruise which Jake recommended. Would definitely recommend coming into the Trafford store to book

   From the moment I walked in I was so impressed by the customer service. I was greeted by the branch manager who took time to work out what I required. He then put me on a seamless text back service. After waiting for 5/10 mins I was called back. The travel agent that looked after me was Sue. She was patient and listened to our needs.this wasn’t easy as we had our toddler with us. She took time to listen and found our perfect holiday. She then wrote the details down for our holiday nad followed up with an email. After a couple of phone calls she made the process so easy and we booked our holiday the day after. Thank you to Sue and her team for the impeccable service.
