    Hands down the best dive shop I’ve ever been to. The staff at ScubaDiving Gear Store have an insane amount of knowledge about diving — you can tell they live and breathe it. I was really impressed that instead of just trying to sell me kit, they actually asked about my diving, my experience, and what I wanted to do next. That level of personal attention is rare. They even have an in-house TDI Technical Instructor Trainer, which speaks volumes about the standard of expertise here. The advice I got was spot on, and when it came to training, both with them and their sister company, the experience was absolutely exceptional. In the water, their professionalism and teaching skills were second to none — I came away feeling both safer and more confident. On top of that, they’ve got a great fill station, which is super convenient. Honestly, the only downside is that I wish they were open more days, because I’d be in here all the time if I could.

    AVOID!! My order said 2-3 days delivery. Nothing arrived, tried emailing but received no response. Tried calling the number provided but no answer. Had to go through PayPal to get a refund. Total waste of time!

    Well, considering that I ordered two lithium batteries four days ago and paid a third of the price on top for delivery.. which haven't arrived.. wish I'd read the reviews..sorry guys but you haven't got your act together, maybe use a different delivery service? Ebay next time

    I advise against and warn you, stay away from them. Order placed in December 2023. By mid-February I had received nothing from them other than automated emails saying it was "paid" and the order would be with me in 2-4 working days. I received nothing and my order was still listed on their website as paid but 'not fulfilled'. In January 2024, I sent them two emails requesting information. They did not reply to either! They did not answer the phone or return my calls! Outraged, I sent them a third e-mail stating that I would report the chargeback to my bank. The very next day, on their website, my order changed to "fulfilled" and I got a link to track the shipment. It still took them over a week to get the parcel to the post office - they probably have a very long way to go! I finally received the parcel on 29 February! Avoid, avoid, avoid. It's a waste of your nerves.

    Order placed In December 2023 (today is February 2024) heard nothing from them other than the auto emails saying order will be with me in 2-4 working days. Heard nothing so in January 2024 I emailed them asking for a refund. Still no reply. Raised a charge back with my bank and then within two days had an email asking for me to cancel charge back and today I have received the goods. Even though when they emailed me I told them I would t cancel charge back. Avoid avoid avoid. Complete joke.

    Waited months on item arriving as out of stock only for them to be sent while I was on holiday. I dont always check emails so missed the update from DiveLife. No notification from post office and eventually item returned to store. No issues so far. Then received a phone call from one of the most abrupt, patronising people I've ever had the misfortune to encounter. Some American guy who clearly had an attitude and complete lack of customer service experience. Never again! Absolutely appalling! Avoid this place like the plague. ** 12 days on and still no refund issued so far. No replies to emails either**

    I'm not a diver, but this surely is the place to go for your Diving Equipment and accessories also you can get your tanks filled. Oh and the staff are great.

    Tried to return an item, but was met with unexpected hidden fees. When I called to speak to them about it, I was told that all hidden costs are included at time of purchase but when you return the item, the company needs to recoup the hidden fees and so I am now left out of pocket. Very Dissatisfied and will not be recommending.

    Excellent Excellent Excellent shopping experience with Dive life. Very help full. Bought a Fourth Element Proteus II 5mm wetsuit on Friday and was delivered from Fourth Element warehouse by Ups within 5 days. After a very bad experience in another dive shop in the UK were my wetsuit hadn't been delivered even 5 weeks later for the same item. I was recommended to dive life. Now I know where to shop.

    Fantastic shop. Visited last weekend and could not fault anything. The man who helped us was very attentive and informative, offering good advice on wetsuits and other diving equipment and when I could not find a suit to fit properly he took my measurements and ordered me one to be delivered, which it was and it turned up today and I love it (thank you). If only I lived closer, as I would definitely visit again. Highly recommend visiting
