   I went there to collect my online shopping, yesterday, 5 min to 6pm. The shop close at 6 and I didn't know about that, but they allowed me to come in, collect my order and try it. Very kind, gentle, and professional staff. I apologised because it was time to close, but they were so smiling and nice to me.... Thanks guys! It was a very nice pleasure to be welcomed as you did!!!

   Hi. I disagree with the comments below. In fact I went to Footlocker in Hammersmith 2 days ago and bought trainer's for my children. The customer service was 10/10 they really listened to everything I needed and helped me with showing and explaining a variety of footwear that would be suitable and comfortable wear for my children. I was very happy with my purchases. Footlocker have so much to offer and very friendly. I would highly recommend you will not be disappointed.

   States on their opening hours open at 10am arrived at 10.25am telling me they’re not open for another 10 minutes come back at 10:40am with the doors not open and nobody on shop floor . With it still not being open .

   I had an order to pick up in store. I found it to be the worst customer service, very disorganised with staff talking over one another, cutting in on each other and generally having no clue what was happening. It genuinely seemed like chaos. The first time I went in to collect I was told my parcel wasn’t there, despite getting an email to say it was, and to come back the next day. I tried calling 5 times and no answer. Was told I’d get a call when the shoes arrived. No call. Would not recommend using this store.

   Terrible. I order Reebok shoes to be delivered in the store but they never arrived. I had to wait over 2 weeks before they cancelled my order and by that time, my old shoes had become completely broken and I ended up having many blisters. If you want good customer service or even good shoes this is not the place.

   this is literally horrible. the employees are inside and won't open the door. there is currently 4 people waiting and one of them left. take this advice from a 11 year old. this is trash

   It was my first time in the Hammersmith branch, I walked up to the counter as the member of staff did not acknowledge me at all, they were standing they playing with a wire or something. I asked for a pair of trainers and was trying to show him the picture, but he was rude and abrupt didn’t even look at me or look at the trainers, very passive aggressive. I will never ever go back there again.

   The attention is the worse I ever seen. I tried to exchange a pair that I bought cause it cause pain and they didn't let me. Terrible service and treat.
